My gut reaction is to say no. Those who know me know that my trading history is long and full of extensive research. All the credible market analysis suggests that achieving that kind of ROI in 28 days is impossible.

After all, the S&P500, representing 500 of the best run companies in the world only yields around 10% per year.

Futures and Forex offer considerable leverage, but that cuts both ways and even top performing traders like Soros and Buffet are rockstars for achieving 20 to 30% annual returns.

The idea that a trader could earn 671,000% seems ridiculous in comparison.

Browsed today through Darkstar book.

A pleasent surprise.

The book is well written, more or less easy to understand, easy language. Darkstar you shoud focus on writing, looks lile you have a talent for that.

The book comprises chapters - lessons, the whole seems to me as an intro to a bigger course, for example for someone who would like to pursue a career as an institutional trader.

The main idea of system decsribed in this book is more or less sound, however it will be awful lot of work for someone. However it is only a general idea - to find areas where stop losses are as a potential places for trend reversal or continuation.

From trading perspective the book is incomplete, doesnt have actual examples of analyses (crucial) and trades. Looks like an introdustion, the first step to something bigger, and the bigger one I understand was (or is) Darkstar training. I have no idea what is inside, if a concrete application of these ideas in various market sirtuations - it would be a great, something refreshing on the retail market. A new, sound approach (I suppose). If so then the price (close to 2000 USD) is not so high I suppose, original and sound approach, I would gladly see more of practical examples. But if it is more theory, without application then this is a big, big no. It looks to me that Darkstar carefully listened to a trader from some big institution who actually knew what he was doing, this is not available elsewhere and the broadness of the market approach indicates someone who actually had an experience in market making. Then knowing his tricks first hand is worth far more that 2 k. Imho of course.

I have the book and went through the course. You are correct, the course is basically a much more refined version of the book.

The key difference is that the course was actually more like a "workshop" than an online resource, in that he would give us daily lessons, and as a class we would do nightly homework and also trade along in a live market using demo accounts. It was a good course and I don't regret taking it.

I am proud of the work done on that project, and I know it has been a minute since I last visited, but I fear the point of this thread may have been missed.
