USDCHF flash crash (although it took 10 minutes) = +102 pips

How many accounts got wiped out? It is nuts... Do people trade only daily/scalping nowadays?

Hi all

Quick question regarding these flash crashes. I always use a SL but is it possible that if i got caught in one of these crashes that it would move so fast that my SL would not be triggered? Or does the SL need to get caught within a gap for it not to get triggered? I see the AUD JPY dropped hard beginning of Jan but didn't gap, at least not on the 4HR with my broker.

It makes me feel uneasy that even with managing with SLs i can take a large hit.
