just a progression from earlier chart and a possible poke down too ,,, will find out when mkt opens lol,, but a good engulfing candle for the day ,, time will tell ,, it will open in the slow part of the day or it could be higher lol,, finished on a strong note with a new weekly high

There ya go Jp,,, one of the biggest risks I ever took besides the normal shit farming ,,,,, the stuff my daughter gets ,,even tho farming not really her thing atm ,, it still all came from a piece of dirt and a f%^king crazy ole man,,, and its always the shoulders lol

what is this chart about dig,,,its gold chart what is your idea on gold,,,,i dont even look at it did it years ago when i first heard about this market gold was making new high evry day sold every high,,, high of the gold and silver but this basterd never came back,,, made a huge huge loss in it so never looked at it since than never even look the price of gold i dont even know the price at what it is trading at,,just seen the chart so asking for the idea,,,

Yeh thats the problem - its to less decimal places than forex, so when it moves....it moves like shit!!

its ok for scalping in my mind, with tight stops......may have messed up on friday by selling thinking it was at the top, and not putting in the sl! Doh! Might cut my losses tomorrow night just in case - which i bloody hate doing....or hedge!

lol, got rid of a few million in debt i was clawing and scratching to keep on top of at the time but i can say wirh out a dobt tht kinda money leads some of who are supposed to be the closest to you do shit tht is unfathamble ,,; karma is a bitch tho , it caught up with them

It has hardly touched above 13 since june 18.....and retraced everytime it touched it recently.....i thought it was a good place for a short!

lol gold... i gambled on it when i first started trading - was out vacationing on Bali, still learning the basics and clearly didn't know what I was doing. all those magic mushrooms and whatnot there must have done some good frying to my brain - made a couple hundred bucks while sipping Bintang beers which kinda paid for my trip. but then i came back home, thought i knew everything off that one fluke, ended up losing every penny i saved as a student lmao

never touched any XAU pairs ever again... its jinx'd

y'know... i've been wanting to start a thread to discuss the use of 'enhancements' - psychedellics (mushrooms, lsd, etc), nootropics (modafinil, ritalin, adderall, etc) and its place in trading. once i get the wooziness from peaking over and done with, for some reason i find myself much more analytical and 'see' more patterns in the charts playing out. i could just be a junkie hallucinating but my account seems to grow better when im 'on' vs when im not so well, just curious how everyone else feels about such a topic

*of course, it could be quite taboo to talk about given the legality status in certain parts of the world

doesnt bother me mate.....but that was in a different life time for me unfort! 38 with 3 kids is my life now! that year in asia and australia a distant dream! I think if i tried to trade on that shit i would be throwing 25 lots on everything in sight!

Not overly comforting news Jp ,,,,,other than havent watched gold very close for a while so not sure how a weekend interruption affects it specifically as far as traders closing out for the week end ,, I would be looking to take some profit soon on longs if day trading ,, not really short it ,,in a way yes by closing out but not to sell it ,, a little bit of room topside yet before it gets into a cam level price will react with ,,also a standard pivot (both referring to quarterly numbers ) in there,,, and the price projections from flags on daily chart,,, the weekly high was one that stood for 3 weeks so it should be tested from the top side ,, not sure if ya want to tolerate waiting that long ,,, would see how it opened and go from there man
