Great, when you get the chance some of the older TS's also have the Account name at the top of the screen, for example S9_HAS_TS_v1. I don't think account info is needed on any TS.

Actually that is falsely reported on my AUD DB, all my tests are still on only Demo accounts. But getting very close to going live.

When you setup S9 DB for the first time, you have to make sure you have all 28 pairs and that all 28 pairs have history. I use the script "ForceLoadHistoricalData" every time I create a new MT4 terminal (or new account) for the S9 DB. The other thing you must do is enable the expert advisor's automation in the MT4 options:

Hi Everyone,

Quick question and I have watched a few videos to try and get the info ...... with regards to the shortcut button for the "Basket" what is it? I have the Period and Templates set with alt P & M so just looking for the shortcut for the Basket.

You need all selected Entry Options to be green or all red before a signal will be generated. So in this case you need HAS2 to turn green and the rest of the options to remain green before you will get a Long signal. For exit you have selected SEMA or SWING, whichever comes first, to signal a close trade.

You need to watch the videos on the Dashboard and the ones on "Offline Basket Chart Trading Systems" where it is explained. Basically you need to set up Alt G attached to "S9_Basket_Create_v6.67et" indicator, then set a Basket name (and PairSuffix if required) in the DB properties, press the blue Basket name button and fill in the details of the popup basket create. For the full details watch the videos, there's not that many, Seller9 will not respond to you if you have not done your homework.

yeah i have be been back and watched the videos regaring basket name etc and also went back and watch the videos on the DB but it was more around new features etc unless I missed something. I’ll go back and take another look as I’m right with you on doing the homework.

You need to watch the early videos as well, because Eugene assumes you have watched them in later videos. I know it's in the first video of "S9_Basket_Trader_TS" and in the other Basket videos I believe, I have not checked.

When market is closed and you connect MT to net, Casino remove itself. I dont understand why seller does not prevent this in his excellent EA.

I don't see that as a major issue, given that these tools are free. Best to wait for market to reopen when you start up for the first time. I have six S9 DB terminals on three different Brokers and I have no issues starting them up over the weekend to check my settings, just got to make sure your broker is not doing maintenance. BTW Casino is no longer supported, only the S9_DashBoard Tool is now supported.

BTW: did you try my recommendation for solution on startup of S9 DB for the first time Post #3187

On a related point I seem to come across the attached data load error (43200) on ForceLoadHistoricalData occasionally on different broker accounts; has anyone else experienced this or know a resolution? I am setting up Demo accounts outside market time but not sure if that's related to timing as my other accounts have no load problem. Thanks

Is anyone using the toolbox on a TPS? I am currently testing it out on a free AWS instance, it works just fine until you start asking it to do things. 1 core is clearly not enough for quick changes using the toolbox I am able to get it running and make trades, yes and it's painfully slow maxed out 100%. Anyone already jump into this and know minimum requirements for processor and ram to run all 28 pairs and the toolbox?

I am also looking at the difference between an always on cheap dedicated desktop and TPS. There is something safe feeling about having my stuff spinning in my home that i feel good about, power/internet outages in my area are very rare. Worst case, I can always close everything manually via the MT4 app. I guess my question is what is your minimalist setup for a dedicated computer running a couple instances of MT4, TB, and 28 pairs?

Currently running i7 from 3 years back and 16G RAM it seems like overkill to make it dedicated.

SEMA and SWING exit have to agree just like they do on the entry.

The DB needs data to fill in all those blanks on the screen if it can't receive it from the Broker on the first start up it will close down, there is no point in looking at a DB with all blanks. This usually happens if your doing a fresh start up on a weekend as the broker may not be supplying data at the time.

Try it a few more times it may finally be able to get the data.
