The semafor and swing have slightly different windows as seen by the Gray box = Semafor 5 bar window and Yellow Dotted box = Swing 5 bar window.
Most of the time the semafor and swing signals will happen on the same bar but they have to be in their respective window, in this case when the next new candle opens the semafor signal will not be in its own window so that signal will no longer be any good. The swing, which is the green dot will still be in its window but because the semafor signal has moved out of its window their will be no signal from it so no trade signal as it takes both of these to produce a signal from their combination. Since I am also using the HAS color change it can happen anytime after these other two as long as the two swing signals are in their boxes yet. I am also using the opposite semafor and swing signals for an exit and they need to agree just like the entry in their respective window.
You will notice the swing window is shifted left one candle, that is due to the criteria needed for it to be considered a confirmed swing signal.
If once into a trade if new swing signal is formed trades will be added to according to the add.
Also fractal Breaks will add to a open trade if any appear with my settings.
At this point I am using no TP or SL, just signal reversal to exit.
On a live account I would use a SL to protect against a major Black Swan, probably the "Send_SL_To_Broker" in the DB settings with a fairly large multiplier for the pairs. But there are many different ways to play this and that would be up to the individual trader and the level of pain he can handle. LOL
I start it up 1 hour and 5 minutes after the start of a new week and just let it run from then on 24/5, if I see some big news event due out I may close it down and wait for it to pass.

I have never really had too many problems leaving trades open over the weekend - sometimes a nice gap can work in your favour, other times it works against you.
Swings and roundabouts.
Some major elections or expected high impact news I might close it all down but I generally leave them open.

My HAS v1 test Asian start continues it's successful run, now 4 Days in a row. Looks like I may need to broaden my EL setting a bit, I'll leave that for next weeks test runs.

I can confirm that the original trades have a hard SL & TP set but the add-ons trades do not.
Not sure why - I would have thought they too should have the emergency stops set as well - perhaps Gene can tell us why they don't?
