Yes in at 1.2553 with stops in profit though it looks like its losing steam..., Ill be there at 2635, hopefully a short all the way back down!

Mike, I'm not seeing any divergences on your chart. Price is slanting downwards and so is the slow RSI. Again, both the slow RSI and the fast RSI are slanting downwards even though the slope of the latter is steeper.

One of the pluses of our System is that even when the signals manifest, we still exercise caution by confirming the direction with the appearance of the bull/bear support (and the two-bar test) before entry. That way, we are safe.

But I am also looking at the D1 chart and it is ominous to the bears. The chart is saying that we should steer clear from all shorts at the moment. In fact, on the face of it, we should consider any short at the height of the latest D1 swing, which is at 2814 or the next D1 average swing lo at 2804 (the gold-coloured line on my chart). Of course, the green-coloured line is the nearest D1 average swing hi.

It must also be noted that the H1 average swings remain our benchmark but we must also bear in mind what the D1 chart has printed

The closest swing is the 4hr at 1.2697 but I am going for 50 pips which is 15 pips lower

Just reading your post. At that time, PA was very flat and RSI hovering at 50. Couldn't pick any divergence at that point. Like you know, our very relevant levels are 20 and 80.

The ruling H1 divergence is still the last one that overlapped from the close of 2/1/19 to 3/1/19; the one that Riaanvw keyed-into very sweetly

Well im out at 40 pips, was a good ride, not sure about anyone else but the hardest thing about this great system is trying to resist taking profit!

Hi all,

I'm slightly confused with your Targets:

@Riaanvw: what makes you go for the bigger H4 target? As per your photo and the rules set out by Alan it would be enough just to test the H4 EMA. Wouldn't the correct target here be the EMA Swing High on the H1, which is 1.2730, as we're above the H1 EMA?

@mikeeating: kind of a similar question. Why go for the target you marked @ 1.2689? I don't think it was ever mentioned that our targets should be EMA swings/pivots in the same direction that our TP is. Or am I misunderstanding something?

Hi Zelias

Yes I look for the most recent swing off the 1hr in the direction I start trading into, but I also line up the 5 and 15 as well, as this is where I have found the problems or indecision can start to happen and may trigger a hedge or early exit, if the 1hr is too far away (as it was today) then I just look for the next one down on smaller time frames on my chart closer 40-50 pips from entry as target,

Hope that makes sense as it is my understanding at this point. Also Im still learning the system so someone else may shine more light on it for you.
