Thought I would share an update.
Sooooo....my Sum start demo is dead
It got caught in the AUS weakness and rolled into Triple Witching Day (I think it was even quadruple this time!) on Friday - kaput by this morning, almost 200% growth gone - Ouch! AUDJPY was the main culprit here.
However my fixed account is sitting around 16% DD and I didn't see it get below 20% and it is in the same AUDJPY dip at over 250 pips, with other big dips on USDCAD and AUDUSD. The question for this now is how long will it take to recover? The account has over 100 trades open, can it function properly whilst it recovers from last week? Time will tell.
So my personal takeaways from this are - as tempting as Sum start is - I won't use it anymore, the DD is just to heavy. Maybe my lot sizing was too high, but if it was lower I still don't think it would have survived.
So Fixed is the way forward for me. Like MRDFX has said, Ialso think spreading out the step and delay is important so as to avoid accumulating masses of orders.
That's my thoughts.

It'd been only a few days and due to holidays and year end light trades, DD is currently running about 50%.
Need more days to say anything meaningful, but Dow seems to be the best among the 4.

Lol...OK i atleast have proof that me and my friends concervative approach works this is 6 major pairs NOT UCAD and AJ i got into troubble with AJ in the start testing hybrid it went on a 300+ move upwards straight up we tested it for 6-8 months almost before taking it live my buddy have posted here in the beginning.This is hes account now its my turn to start up
So here is setfile for whoever want to do some money with a relative safe setup if we get a 7-800 pips move without pullbacks we are toast but that is rear to happen.7 weeks this have been running.So as said i will go with 4 pairs until eqity reach 3500 then 5 pairs until equity reach 4500 then 6 pairs and so on..Green pips traders

a Demo TE over a live myfxbook i am not sure and you look at total trades my friens myfxbook have ca.1600 trades in under 2 months 
and the demo TE have 1100 give ore take in 6 months
with only 1 pairs diffference the only reason my friend never had a TE on this account is because broker isnt in the list and i actually can understand that i dont think my friend
is to open any new accounts with them and all deposits methods to them have been shut down bye ESMA for Europeans atleast of course because they are not following regulations and they have a cysec regulation so i guess there up too 3000:1 leveraage doesnt go well with that.Its not a competition i am very happy with what MRDFX have contributed with i dont think my friend and i would come up with the sets we use bye ore own only difference is in our steporder we use more gridspace and trade 1 min timeframe not 5 min Insanityoing same ting over expecting different results..Einstein
