Disliked{quote} Thank you very much for the latest release of Basket Trader TS, I'm really enjoying all the useful options available within this Tool, it's like having all your other Basket TS's in one. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Interesting results, I have not used the Market Filter much yet, looks like it deserves further investigation. I'm also testing a new idea on all pairs, using the Dual HAS option in the updated "S9 Basket Trader TS v5", change from defaults to the following setup with a fast HAS(1,1,1,1) and slower HAS(2,14,2,16) directional filter, the idea been to catch the small Pullbacks going with the main trend: {image} Had good result yesterday(second half of day): {image} and today: {image}Ignored
DislikedUpdate: I made a change to the latest S9_Basket_Trader_TS and it now works on Basket charts and looks to be OK. You still need to adjust the timeZoneOfData like before in the settings. I didn't change the version number, it is still version 5, just go and download it again.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Also a big thanks to Gene for this latest release and publishing of great results by fellow traders. We are really so spoilt for choice with the many options in Basket Trader TS v5. Personal challenge is now to acquire more screen time in key baskets and continue to develop the professional trader mentality with discipline and consistency to make it through. In the meantime wishing all the best to everyone here over the holiday season.Ignored
DislikedLooking for some thought on using the Semafor instead of the Swing. It takes a little more CPU but I have cut down the number of bars it uses so it is not to bad and all the calculations are done in the TS which saves a lot on the cpu in not having to use the Semafor Indicator itself. It looks to be just a little bit more picky than the Swing so I thought I would give it a try and also see what the rest of the group thinks. Here is what it has done in the last 20 minutes or so since since I turned it on, not the best time as my new day starts in...Ignored

DislikedI had a good last trading day of the week, I'm now testing almost exclusively the Dual HAS option in the Basket Trader TS v5 AUD+NZD Basket, Fast HAS(1,3,1,3) slow HAS(1,21,1,13) {image} {image} CORE5 Basket: Fast HAS(1,2,1,2), slow HAS(1,21,1,13) {image} {image} All Pairs: Fast HAS (1,3,1,3), slow HAS(1,21,1,13) {image} My EUR and GBP baskets did not fire for some reason, maybe because I did not reset DB or TS properly. But they both would have made some profit too. I have now added a fixed Equity SL setting to prevent big DrawDowns and then see...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thanks and looking forward to the results JustUncleL. I haven't been active over the past week and look forward to getting back into trading early new year. Just to clarify is the Basket Trader TS set to trigger on Fast HAS (1,3,1,3) colour change without additional/manual confirmations?Ignored
DislikedClosed out RSI: Setting up RSI for overnight. Great results today. Have a picture of today as I closed the dash board by mistake. {image} Thank you Eugene. This program is amazing. Won 4 out of 5 RSI Baskets. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and God Bless.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yes that's correct, Fast HAS colour change Trigger, and use the slow HAS as a directional Filter. I also set Auto SL to 1.5 ATR and Auto TP 3.0 ATR for the All Pairs setup. I'm also trying to optimize the Equity SL (minimize DD) and Equity Lock(maximize Profit), I'm not using any TP setting on the Basket trades.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thanks a lot, excellent. Something that keeps popping in mind is whether we could test historical performance (or win/loss ratio) of the dual HAS approach based on combination of ma speed selected using any form of automation. I have very little experience of back testing; just wondering if you had any thoughts on this one. All the bestIgnored
DislikedI have closed down all of my accounts until the New Year. I wish all members of the Seller9 trading family a very merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. See you all next yearIgnored
