{quote} Of course, with IB is better. You could benefit from some better conditions, depending on IB's agreement with the broker. But of course, you should contact with the IB in order to check what will be the benefit

There are plenty of Forex brokers who claim to be Trusted and market leader in order to lure naïve traders who don’t know how to authenticate the facts.

Unethical advertising is a big, big problem in this industry, not to mention the outright scams, unfortunately.

Also, ForexFactory has a great Brokers section, I recommend asking any questions you may have about the broker you want (and what to do if you're a newbie) there too.

I agree with this. I am using it very often, in order to make my comparisons and find the best brokers which are matching with my trading style

I wonder is there any review for the Broker section? I read from somewhere else, with negative opinions for some on the list.

Usually, in forum there is no rating option, it’s all about traders comment! But, you’ll get the rating option in review sites.

There are a lot of comparison websites in Internet with rating option. Actually, such websites are very helpful in order to find the best brokers. I think, if the ForexFactory enables the rating option, it will be perfect

Whatever broker you pick, make sure it is well-regulated by a reputable regulator. Don't sign up with an a broker registered in an offshore zone somewhere!

Yes mate; regulation source is important; I mean the regulation authorities! No doubt, non-regulated brokers are the market maker.

Some regulated brokers do prove to be untrustworthy too, we have seen several such examples in recent years, and one always must be cautious, but as a whole it's important to largely deal with regulated companies.

generally , traders above all the beginners trusted regulated broker blindly , but in recent times their review is not positive that can make inspire who willing to trade in there next. sometimes i feel, brokers credibility is more important than regulation.

A newbie should start their trading with a broker who is 100% DMA / STP intermediary agent model, and who is operating by using the core spreads directly from their LPs; without any mark-up from their side.

What else they would start with, what do you have in mind? An intermediary (agency) or you are thinking of interactions ( buy/sell ) directly with/to the banks (the banks are LPs)? You can’t be a newbie & be licensed to trade through the exchange.
