Hi, I am a trader, for me bitcoin it's just an asset. I made lotta money mostly selling the bitcoin.

Ok, nobody loves governments, banks, the rich, globalism, commonalty, "the system"..... so if it would be a real alternative to all these, people will embrace it right away.
Bitcoin is a beautiful idea.
But bitcoin has now a problem with the credibility since it looks like a burst bubble.
Excuse me, let's be reasonable, you can't call someone stupid just because is not buying an asset looking like the bitcoin on the chart, no matter who you think you are and no matter how smart you think you are!

After the crash, the aggressive lobby for the crypto is made only by idiot dreamers, ignorants, trolls, haters, morons, payed influencers, anarchists, crypto business guys and crypto holders (like that vataugabriel hysterical imbecil here, above) who bought bitcoin big at high price and now they are going to be left crying and holding the biggest bag of odorous excrement in the history of capitalism.

We all wish to skip the governments, the banks, the greedy rich... doing peer-to-peer fair business, in a crypto-heaven world !
But I really doubt the politicians will ever let this butter and honey current fiat to slip out of their hands forever!

edit: the politicians they are not coming from other planet, the politicians is ...us, ...it's the human nature for some of us to rule by the law and finance!
This history of beautiful individual ideas against the system it will never end, and it will be repeated over and over again in many different appearances,
and the war for crypto revolutionary technology is just one of it.

Why do I believe ? The BTC will be under 2000 soon and this is a great start point. If bitcoin go up after that, investors will win and even if it falls, there is nothing to lose already :-)

mike novogratz, jim breyer, tim draper...businessmen, billionaires, harvard graduates, these are people who invest in bitcoin and crypto. microsoft still accepts it as a payment option (btw, microsoft is the biggest company in the world by market cap as we speak), intel developed the newest patent for bitcoin mining. businesses created. I cannot talk to you, you are like a bug which I stepped on by mistake and I don't expect for you to understand. you only know buy sell eurusd and when something bad happens you pray to god. it's either a ponzi or an asset? make up your mind. stay in your lane and watch how you talk.

Unfortunately, more often, people who does not believe in bitcoin just afraid of it. And a small part arguments are really constructive.
Congratulations to people who bought btc by $100 and sold it when $19k. And shame on people, who condemn for the sake of conviction.

And I think it will go up cuz it's profitably for those at the helm

Ofcourse it will go up but it has to go down first. And saying that it's a ponzi scam it's just rediculus because some economist say it, if he doesn't understand the development and the purpose of BTC tehnology he and many other should just stay quiet. And a lot of this so called economists are just haters because they missed the btc train to make a buck.

The news is telling everyone to dump it. Shakeout. End of the world bad news for BTC. Yet, there's a ridiculous amount of volume being traded right now. For every seller, there must be a buyer. So who is doing the buying? People who are flying under the radar. People who know it's a damn good buy at $3k each.

So long as you can mine coins and trade them for goods and services, it has value. Real, honest value. I doubt you can argue that.

And since there are major retailers accepting the coin, there's no question there as to whether that is possible, either.


Admit it, you're part of a trading syndicate, shaking people out of their coins but also secretly buying into this horde of selling. I knew it. You're a spai.

You're perfectly right, Monty Darkie. Facts are facts, only the crazy people can deny that, you can even buy big houses on bitcoin...

And no, you didn't call anyone stupid, but you said only the rich knows that now is right time to buy.
(like you need to be rich to be aware that buying low and selling high is profitable)
That implies that the 80% of the world's population comprised of the have-nots, will remain on low living standard also because they aren't aware to buy that crapto magic, when the haves thinks is the right time?

Well, if we're talking about coins, I'd say the general population acceptance is the real power, not the 1% exclusivist societies.
Otherwise, your product will stay below its potential if you can't sell it to the wide market!
Honestly now, when you look at the BTC chart you can't go condescendent like this to the average common people because they refuse to believe that coin is an excellent asset to be bought while is cheap! Because now it looks like dumping dirt chart!

Because even the miners are selling theirs now, as they say the mining costs are about 3-4000.
So, bad hopes to survive for this little crappy coin these days... but who the fck can tell the future, right?!

I agree that the general population acceptance is the REAL power, but so long a major brands accept it, that will continue to be the case. It is also the basis on which almost EVERY currency sits, though. After leaving the gold standard, any currency is just out there "floating" on belief and perceived value.

It's all good. I certainly don't mind agreeing to disagree. It's all just speculation at this point anyhow. In the end, it'll tank or climb and we'll almost certainly know by 2020. Almost certainly much sooner. But I bet you'll be buying BTC at over $6k before the end of 2019.

Ok, my friend, I'm talaking about Pareto optimal principle, which is: 80% of the wealth was owned by 20% of the population.
Because those percentages seem to stay constant over the history...

BTW, I was thinking, if 50% of the world's wealth is owned by the 1% of the population, it remains 50% wealth to apply the 80-20 Pareto percentages
Wealth of 20% out of 50% remained after the filthy rich took it, is 10% from the initial whole...
So, ONLY 10% of the world's wealth is own by 79.2% of the world's population!!!

79.2% is (100_total population - 1_filthy rich)*0.80_non_wealthy_pop

Can you fkn imagine that?!
8 guys out of a "team" of 10 guys, are holding only 10% out of total wealth that team produces?!
Although true, seem almost impossble to believe that!

And never forget about the base principles of a currency!
To be:
1. Generally Accepted - Bitcoin is not generally accepted. It is thus not an ideal currency in this respect.
2. Durable - Unless a massive EMP hitting the planet and wiping out most computer technology (it's fkn possible, and gamma radiations),
bitcoins are satisfactorily durable.
3. Divisble - Bitcoins are easily divided.
4. Stable/Consistent - Bitcoin prices have been erratic since their conception. They are not ideal as a currency in this way.
5. Transportable - Bitcoins are very easy to transport and literally weigh nothing. As long as you have a mobile device, you have them available.
6. Scarce - Bitcoins are scarce by design. They are superior even to precious metals in this respect.
7. Easily recognizable - Yes, assuming you know what bitcoins are... it is easy to verify the validity of a bitcoin.
8. Difficult to Counterfeit - Bitcoins appear to be impossible to counterfeit.
Perhaps some day someone will figure out a way, but so far, it would be far easier to counterfeit any fiat currency.
9. Economical - At the moment, it is not cheaper to generally costs for mining bitcoins than they are worth, so it's a no below 3-4000!
10. Inherently Valuable - No, bitcoins have no use outside of their use as a medium of exchange.
11. Long History of Acceptance - Nooot at all, WTF, bitcoins are new and lack a long history of acceptance. This is fkn important!
12. Supervised - Bitcoins are unsupervised by design

I wouldn't buy BTC for anything above 1000. Let the buyers wash out before a new round of hype is experienced.
