this is the worst day yet for rigid support. it's more an area. a 30 pip stop would have protected it. 1325 would = the risk. most often is much less.

Close.the week below 1.1305.. and I look for sells up to 1.1370

1.1240 will be next bounce.

food for thought... looks like price is afraid to fall inside the blue dotted horizontal lines... we may well get into a crazy range within that area - the black dotted lines are the protected zones... you can see from the past how its worked so well.

if price did fall inside this zone there then my long would be 1.0812 for crazy bull action. closing below that and we can revisit the low at 1.04xx - i will probably too old or out of the game before all that... All i know is that we need to make a low below 1.1218 - whether we revisit 1.16 first, i believe we will come back down.

possible drop as it compresses. possible bearish wedge formation. if when unknown. eu week and day closed bearish. so it should try to drop again. 1233 looks close to usdx touching 97.87 the 62.8% retrace within the usdx wedge. the wedge ends around 98.20. that could take it to a new low.. https://www.stockcharts.com/school/d...wedge_reversal

This mac one may suck.. I don't claim to be a divergence expert. Some one else can set me straight. This has gone on for months now. This may make sense if the wedge was true later. Of courses a higher level will make the idis rise. The rises so far have shown lower commitment in the indicators. pa rises as the indicators fall. The wedge dont claim it will not go higher. It shows pa may be limited to usd 98.11 ish or earlier. maybe just a battle to raise eu some, before drop. Maybe nothing but a bleep. We will see.
