This is fascinating, the only thread that is still alive from 10 years, and the forcasting is flawless, i know nothing about astrology but now i should learn it, i looked at your focasts and jnevins forcasts last weeks and they can give the best weekly outlook on all FF, you can litterary trade with your methods, no gambling here, great job, you mentioned forex live for weekly updates, can you share the link plz?

My EURUSD analysis for the coming week 10/12/2018 using timing solutions software

Cycle Parameters

The normal spectrum is 891 bars ( Red line ) Caught general trend missed turn later in the week
Added in 136 normal spectrum ( Blue line ) early on high intraweek high and caught low later in the week
The Thick Pink line is Q spectrum is a composite of cycles from 136/178/890 . Tracked general trend well

Astrology :

Mars / Mars Phase 9H 50%
Saturn / Saturn Phase 7H 80.65%


Weekly assessment

It promises to be another interesting week with Brexit vote earlier in the week followed by the big one on Thursday -ECB press conference. The main focus will be on comments on recent poor growth numbers and the QE program ending. There are some other figures scattered throughout the week and i would guess any positive news will be capitalised upon.

NOTE : For the press conference unless you have a realtime squawk feed then the comments will be delayed .Be careful over this as this will be volatile.

The cycle projection is again early weakness and later week weakness so possible double bottom forming - W formation.

It should be an interesting week - update Thursday prior to the press conference.

Other events to keep an eye on.

Again lots of events but for this forum only New moon / Full moon and eclipses are factored in.

Thursday AM update

Well we saw the expected early weakness for the week and will wait for the ECB press conference today to see what the rest of the week will hold. The Italian budget and now the French budget have continually shown cracks in the European economy. The growth forecasts have been revised down recently so it will be interesting to see what the ECB can pull out of its hat.

NOTE : For the press conference unless you have a realtime squawk feed then the comments will be delayed .Be careful over this as this will be volatile.

The cycle analysis is still pointing to a flat to downward trend but i will be listening closely to the press conference for short term direction. If in doubt stay out.

End of the week recap... based on post 9880, December 7th. The neural net caught the major CIT's.... only inverted! I have been using the NN of late to avoid the once a month inversions I was seeing using the Q Spectrum cycle analysis... I was hoping that the NN would be a path around the issue... but not so... Back to a multi tool approach for next week to arrive at a consensus.

-144 pips for the week

Very nice looking Styngray... Good observation... "If one is trading to make money".... I see a 3 min chart and perhaps 5 pip Renko bars... How do you get in and out on each arrow... in other words, are you using an EA? Perhaps you wait for a signal then set a TP at a PP?

I would not be using pivot points alone to make a trading decision. Search forex factory pivot trading with TDI ( follow davit ) to see combinations with Fibonacci weekly pivots. This is one of the tools i use in my pricing models.

The normal spectrum is 888 bars ( Red line ) Missed early high caught trend later in the week
Added in 139 normal spectrum ( Pink line ) caught early high and followed swings well
Added in 181 normal spectrum ( light green line ) caught early high and caught deep swing low on friday - aggressive on the low early in the week
The Thick Pink line is Q spectrum is a composite of cycles from 59/137/181/904 caught 2nd high and followed overall trend ok.

Astrology :

Mars / Mars Phase 9H 66.67% - Caught high and close to low of the week
Saturn / Saturn Phase 7H 70.00% - Caught high and followed general trend


Weekly assessment

With no critical events for the EUR on the calendar and a small number of low and medium events i would expect a continued weakness in this pair with the possibility of bounce to the most important news item of the week which is the Fed Interest rate announcement on Wednesday. Guidance for the following year will be watched closely with any pause in the hiking cycle likely to lead to a sell off in the USD.The question would be - Why would you buy the EURUSD pair when recent growth indicators have been poor and a rate hike ( if there is ever one ) pushed out to the 1st quarter of 2020.

Japan also has a rate decision this week and i don't expect major changes in there stance but will be watching forward guidance closely.

The cycle projection is again early weakness and a bounce to the press conference and falling from there till the end of the week.

It should be an interesting week - update Thursday and we will see what impact the Fed announcement has had.

Full Moon due Saturday 5.48pm so this may have minimal impact on the trading week but there are plenty of other events still going on to keep the markets on there toes.
