TO MAKE MONEY its the only goal in trading, you either make it or lose it.. If you dont have a winner/fighting mentallity or dont have discipline to do the things the right way (you are NOT a freaking spoiled 8 year old brat, grow up already!!) you wont stay focused or motivated to do this and you WILL LOSE this fight, like every human that complains about every little bad thing that happens in their life but they never have the balls to face the the truth: they dont just dont care, and for that reason they will be losers for the rest of their life...

I think that most traders are fueled by greed from the start, it's the reason why people begin trading. I do agree, however, that trading should be treated seriously and not as a hobby being done in one's free time.

Forex trading is a research-intensive field, with the need for accuracy higher than any else. Thriving in a field like this demands that traders be immaculate in their approach.

Forex trading is a place where every faction is volatile and there is no one who can predict the real faction of this market place with certainly , so being profitable is most challenging task from here , but with a long term practice including patience anyone can bring success. its all about a long term approach, that's why by and large traders lost interest and quit.

losing from Forex trading is a common attitude but after losing come back instantly
is challenging and tough that we never see as usual ,
when we lose , we lost our motivation and confident ,
after that we trade over and over ,
at the eleventh hour we become loser again,
its a result of emotions.

It took most between 6 months to a year before they saw profitability, which then sustained itself into the future. When learning a new market, put in at least several hours a day. If you are only putting in an hour a day, it could take you longer to become profitable.

But I think; become a profitable trader based on only one year trading experience is an exceptional case.

I think it does happen from time to time but it is a pretty rare occurrence.

How you guage whether you are profitable or not is relative, and its all up to you. You can know this by how much you learn in a given time frame and how much profit you make as well. If you follow the rules of the game to the letter, it takes you much lesser time to start making consistent profits. Patience is key as it may even take you years before you start earning

I have seen people claiming they were successful within a year, but I don't know whether they were being truthful.

True. I'd like to believe that some people, at least, aren't lying, because the opposite is very disheartening, but one should, indeed, take such claims with a grain of salt.
