On M1 EJ 3 pip spread low quality backtest. I think it's a great foundation. I can't even come close to that profit factor with my EA's. Any chance to get compounding money management?

What does the "buyorder" function look like?
There are several weak points in the code.
Here's a 5 year back test which shows pretty good results.

$1k start, using 0.1 lots, M5.

I ran the same test on other pairs, and GU had the best results overall, so it seems as if this EA is optimized for GU.

There is also a lot of activity in the journal from modifications of pending orders etc, and some brokers have limits on that so some traders might have broker issues using the EA on a live account.

Are there any limitations on this EA?

Yes I too would kindly ask for the underlying strategy, although I understand any trepidation in making too much of the strategy public. I myself would not make my mq4 files publicly available at this point as it's mostly proprietary. That said, after a very cursory look, I believe we can filter out some failed trades.

Yes backtest seems really too good to be true... but i want test it in forward... Today result with 0.2 lot activetrades broker , small loss , but this is a really strange day for GBPUSD... so i want to be optimistic...

I've tested a ton of these "impulse" traders and none of them will work on a live account. Your trades wil get killed by slippage and latency problems.

This test is with variable spread and slippage, completely opposite results.

Yea, on the first post 1.5 pip spread is used. Forgot that with mt4 it used points not pips in backtester. 30 equals 3 pips. Huge difference.
...And on a fairly positive note this is the curve on a M1 quick test on the GU with a not overly realistic 2 pip spread (20 in backtester). If slippage was not an issue it would probably be quite good.
