I personally trail orders 10 pips steps for 100pips movement.
Currently i am testing the demo with SL 200 pips and looks good so far.
By the end of the week i will post the results of the Demos running with details.
Dont trust Mt4 backtest,is useless.

Mine not firing up yet top right corner shows some rhyming trend indo but with DT No signal , perhaps not doing something right.

What settings are you using?

Backtesting on mt4 is not useful at all. You can see the early explanations. However, I don't if mt5 handles the backtest well.

There are no signals yet, Keep it running on multiple pairs. It will enter when it sees an entry.

I think MT5 supports MTF EA backtest well, from what I've seen from my search online

Noted with thanks. I have loaded it on all charts waiting to see how it performs.

Like you said. no signal has popped up on all charts.

You mean 200 points or pips SL?Because SL and TP are in ponts.

Today I am not at home. But still I ran the EA for a few hours on my laptop.
The EA however manages to give me a buy signal, it gave me an alert message. It did not enter the trade. Is it supposed to enter on its own. I still have to figure that out.

But it I can’t believe that the EA managed to catch the USDJPY trade. I am running it in a small account (Demo) the lots were set to 0.1 , and the single trade it took today was good.

Check the settings,are running it manual or auto?
