Replaces the previous indicator uploaded by me. (Post #1023).

Updated for
- Bar calculations - three types of engulfs, with three levels of colors
- includes signals with or without MA condition
- included minimum and maximum bar length for signals
- Included Fibo TP and SL (based on the lookback bar)
- Lookback desired number of bars for reviewing signals at those bars (0 for current bar, 1 for previous bar and so on)

I am unable to add email alert, push notifications etc.

Good result, simple and clean strategy. Just the strategy on my phone with MT4..pay attention on daily TF, draw S&R, back to 4H TF, look for engulfing candle, above 30 EMA buy, below 30 EMA sell.

A question, have I to click on the pairs buttos, to say which pairs I want that your Indis has to check always?

Or why have you four buttos different? one green and three pink?

I tried this system in 1 week, and it shows great probability of winning trades, and also by far this was the most simple way of trading i've found here.
Honestly i i havent read this thread throughly, but some ppl already add some rules to the basic rules, its okay cause different ppl trade different ways as long as u follow the basic rules.

As for me, i add this following rules :
1. I only trade outside engulfing candle
2. I dont trade engulfing candle that has size 2 times or more than the previous candle
4. Trade when pa below or above ema, (ema line wasnt inside the candle)
5. Only trade on trending market, not ranging market.

I dont use support n resistence, check higher tf, checking news, etc bcause imo it will kill the simplicity of this system.
I already have indi that show outside engulfing candle that send notification, i will share it here when i got back from my trip.

Hi folks
Some very good news to tell you. You can choose to believe me. If not, do your own back test and reaffirm. Today I did manual back-test for 4 pairs. This is how I did it.
It is testing back from today till 1/5/2018 (6 months worth). All test are based on H4 TF. Engulfing that has no confirmation, I dropped it.
I only take engulfing with follow through both bullish and bearish engulfing above and below ema30. Prices that did not reach fibo 200, I considered loss. I don't considered a win if it only reach fibo 150. Prices that reach fibo 200, I considered TP. My stop loss is not exactly at 0. It is at least 10 pips higher or lower as that's how I normally trade.
I did this with objectivity and no bias whatsoever. If it is a win, its a win. If its a loss, its a loss. Good test as moving average in MT4 does not repaint.
RESULT
NZDUSD- WIN 19 LOSS 3
CHFYEN WIN 28 LOSS 5
EURUSD WIN 23 LOSS 7
USDCAD WIN 24 LOSS 6

what can we say about this strategy? Lets open to the floor for discussion.

That is good news indeed and with very good results...

My question is what about your entries? Where do you usually enter if you are waiting for the second candle follow through? You still put a limit order and wait for the price to go back to 100% fibo level?

Great results as well.. Does all of these trades were exitted on 200% fibo or some are at 150% or manual close?

Hey buddies
I enclosed two chart. The first chart is a legitimate entry. I normally only enter after the bar after the engulfing closed to confirm it actually close below the low of the previous engulfing bar. I do not put pending order. I still draw the fibo on the engulfing bar not the next bar (confirmation bar).

As for the second chart, this engulfing is ignore as the next bar does not close below the low of the engulfing. You see this pattern keep repeating. If it does not close below the low, it often than not is a losing trade as you see price going higher.

I no need to cherry pick. It is every where and keeps repeating. You just need to open your eyes and discern.

I hope it answers your question. Can someone back test another pair and report result? Today? To be consistent, please incorporate my method.

Another engulfing that failed the test. I do not take this engulfing into my test. You see the bars that follows did not close below the low. You see prices goes the opposite.

I do not have to find so hard to substantiate my case. You just need to looked back your charts and it is popping out before your eyes.
