Hello! Is it acceptable that Pepperstone had a huge slippage at 00:00 broker time. Which triggered my entry that was supposed to expire at 00:00 broker time. When I checked other brokers on TradingView this did not happen in their prices. These are all based on the daily.
So this is my Pepperstone chart and the trade that entered.
1. My entry was supposed to be on the other days candle low. But slippage, and it entered a whole lot lower
2. The pending order was supposed to be canceled at 00:00 broker time
3. The price fluctuation that happened never happened on other brokers.
Here are a few other screenshots of the other brokers on the same timeframe.
So what do you guys think? I see this a lot with Pepperstone and wow how unlucky. I submitted an investigation report but I bet they would make up excuses. Anyone get their money back in these cases?
