DislikedSorry if my last post was unclear -- I don't trade CL or ES. I don't like the size of the futures contracts and need to size my trades smaller. Pretty much I've found that I can put on pretty much any trade i want with ETFs so that's what I use! To be honest though, I'm more of an individual stock guy these days. Find it more interesting. My job makes me hold any Stock/ETF at least 30 days so that kinda restricts what i can do...forced to be more long-term.Ignored

My current gbp/usd chart: A triangle, if we break 1.27 - 1.22 is roughly the target....

There is still no reason to think we are bouncing. The last couple of days have seen more selling. 1.22 makes a lot of sense based upon the triangle...

I think that the NZD/USD pair could be interesting. The 200 day EMA is just under, and we formed an ugly bearish candle. If we break below and close below that 200 EMA, then this pair falls significantly. I suspect that's the case, and we have seen something near 50% Fib offer resistance.

Looks like business could be picking up. There are so many issues out there, this is going to be a major test of the will of traders. The 61.8 and a shooting star isn't an accident w/ US-China going on, and the Govt. closing seems to be a foregone conclusion. Global growth is slowing, and all of that. We also have the Fed looking to give monetary morphine to the markets.....a real battle is going on. I think the next couple of weeks will be crucial to where we go next in all risk assets, but this S&P 500 weekly chart is what I am using for a proxy...
