Eur Update
I was a little off on this, but my initial idea turned out to be correct, a reversal. I am looking to see if price will make a new high from here as we just touched daily support.

I am also still watching the advanced chart I drew.

Yes, I see your thoughts. Actually I am waiting for this to happen on the 1h chart. Look for a retest and possible support.

Also we are near WL1, but it looks like it is not holding as resistance, so again for the WL1 break, we have 80% chance to go to WL2

Analysis and trade correct, but did not reach the upper median line. Would have been good to any who took it for 40-50 pips. Looking now to see if there is a possible support.

Hi EagleStar,

If one wanted to trade the PF/ML failure at point A, at what point would you class it a failure without giving up too much R/R? You may not trade these failures but your feedback is welcome anyway.

Hello Mbrown, and thank you for the reply. To trade particular to the downside, I would need it to test the Warning Line or close to it and show through price action that it is holding as resistance. I would then trade it to the next line as possible first target.

My usual internal dialogue before pulling the trigger:

"OK. So what would Tim Morge do in this situation?

  1. He wait for a test...check.
  2. He wait for good separation...check.
  3. He'd draw a sliding parallel...check.
  4. he would pull the trigger when price reenters the sliding parallel...check."

Yes you are correct, I am seeing support on the marked area as well which according to Andrews would be a multi pivot line.
