hey Paul, you have to leave the pivots out and trade the set up on the 10/34 ema...with the 4 hour you will find yourself in a trend longer than most of us who trading the 15 min chart..Obviously your stop has to be wider but the pips you get on the trend with this tf is something to shout about.All the best with your venture

It was in line with the method and moreover price was printing LH,LL..The reason I took this trade was also there were nice moves during the Asia session and so I thought I will join in but I would rather not do it on the M15 set up again.... but it went well in the end although price came quite close to stopping me out...btw I had added a bit more pips to what I already bagged earlier but it took more than 4 hours to do it, that's why I said pa on the pound is shitty even now

well, it was so strange yesterday..It did not freeze when nfp was announced.. Previously "smaller" impact news will cause the platform to freeze..Perhaps the nfp is no longer the mother of all news

yesterday, my gbpaud long took about 4 hours to get into profit and I took partial out and the balance moved to b/e and was stopped out resulting in a measly gain..I was thinking price might break and trade above the 34 ema on H4 but it did not...taking a look at H4 you will be able to see the 34 ema is acting as a resistence and is proving to be a resistence so far. Have you noticed the shaded portion was getting smaller meaning the 10 ema is narrowing and getting closer to the 34 ema. I was hoping it would cross and I would reap a harvest but it did not...Until price can trade above the 34 ema on H4 I won't be looking at longs..just how I look at basic pa

that post was quite sometime back and I have forgotten what led me to say that but anyway when you enter a trade in line with the next 2 htf .i.e looking at H1 and H4 and the daily when H4 is not clear , the rate of success is very high. I have added the daily pivot to help filter out a good entry, and so if you have a set up with the 10/34 ema and entry will be taken away from the pivot then you have a higher chance of success and if it's in line with 3 time frame analysis then you can almost guarantee you will get some green pips or at worst get out at b/e, just my 2 cents

the 200 ema acted as R on several occasions but once taken out we can look at 84.40 as a target imo. daily charts below

If price trades above 1.3050 I wouldn't rule out 1.3200 as the next target

I had this plotted last week and price did hit it and retraced slightly..Please wait for this level to be taken out if you want to go long imo..I leave the other pairs for you to work out
