Thank you for sharing your results with the MTF HAS, I had stopped testing to make space for the new Basket trading DB/Ts's. I have limited computer resources and MTF HAS seemed quite heavy on my system, I hope to find an economical resource solution soon. From your screen shots, it seems 0.2 TP/ 0.1 SL with about $50 fixed Basket SL may work with I suggest One n Done, I found many times once MTF HAS starts to go red it just keeps going down, also with continuous trading you get some green hits only to have all your profits wiped out with one Red sea.

Thank you indeed I shall focus couple of accounts LON daily on HAS 30M 0.2 TP 0.1 SL with $50 Basket perhaps with and without overall DB stop loss $25 also using HM assistance to capture some consistency if possible. As I'm finding out not long after London opens price movements can flatten unless there's significant economic news and the deep red can set in at least until NY open. Limiting or realising losses early covered by improved performance in the afternoon seems to be an option. I'm now watching Gene's videos on S9 and Basket Trading and really hope I can get up to speed in order to have some parallel tests running throughout the week. All the best

Also will take the One n Done approach as recommended perhaps with a trailing EL just to lock in some profits. Even if I could get 20 pips but daily with a high probability from this approach I would be very happy will of course share the results end of the week cheers

I have shutdown the computer.now when i restart the same .does my job ends just by clicking on the right currency pair that i see in correlation .
Or do i need to repeat all the steps ?

The correlation maybe changed by the time you restart, you need to select the pairs you placed in the Basket. If you don't remember, just select all pairs, then only the ones in the Basket will actually be traded by the Basket TS, you may also need to reset the "S9_Basket_Create" indicator placed on the DB chart by editing and closing the indicator.

Yes, as long as there is no same pair in those baskets. I have more than 2 different baskets usually.

I had a look a this at the start of today, I think if we are looking at catching the GAP swing back then we may need to drop the time frame to even 5mins, after 1 1/2 hours some GAPS have already recovered, on my Broker min spread would need to be about 10 as well. If you want to catch the newest overall directional swings then 30min/1hour charts would suffice, on my broker a max spread of 6 seems ok for that.

Not a lot of gaps this time, kind of small, only 161 pips gap down and 40 pips gap up total.

8 up and 20 down.

Not the best conditions to play, the biggest is the GBPCHF at 14.9 pips.

Yeah not many gaps today, so hard to say what settings/time frames will work best in general, I'll have another look next week, need to watch it live to see the behavior of Swing TS to the GAPs.

I'm not convinced the new HeatMap calculations in v2s are better than the ones in v1, I seem to get more pairs selected with v2s on the Daily HM filter than I would expect. I will be conducting some parallel test to see if my suspicions are correct, and report back my findings. I have closed down both my HAS60+60HM and DM60+1440HM both deep in DD sea of red. Start again tomorrow on Asian open with a parallel run of DM60+1440HM, to see how results compare.

I made some setup errors on my Basket tests (conflicting baskets on the same account on two MT4 terminals). So I will restart them again with separated Demo accounts.

Hi seller9,

I opened a basket today 2 hrs after market opening using RSI pairs and S9 Swing Basket TS.
Noticed the red RSI pairs opened buy trades. Add on trade opened another basket however
I noticed that it opened even if the pairs are in negative drawdown. Kindly confirm if this is
correct.

I also attached the offline chart.

Red pairs are oversold so you should be looking for a buy.

Green pairs are over bought and you would be looking for a sell.

Also you need to know what the pair P/L was at the time of the add too was taken, it was probably positive and has since gone negative.

I am having no problem with the add too.

Here are my results so far of 2 RSI Baskets running on the same MT4 and same DB, looks like it kicked in around 3:00 AM CST.

You can see on 2 pairs where they did not do an add on, probably because at the add on time the P/L was negative for those 2 pair despite what it is now.

You can see GBLNZD did an add on but since then the P/L has gone negative.

GAPs may be an added feature in v3 of the DB which is in the works, I will do a video then when it comes out, it may be a couple of weeks as some other goodies may also be added in the new version, things to help you pick pairs for your baskets.

Here are the GAPs from This weeks open, nothing real great this week.
