Did you use auto-trade? If yes, did you disable and enable everyday??


I closed my EU trade at 20+ pips seeing it stalled.

its a sound system, just dont understant why anyone hasnt backtested it yet

The 50% retrace don’t seems to work. I set it to true but the EA still opens the trade at the open of the new day candle.

I had another pinbar method On, which covers other time frames... I love the system hence the reason I posted here the trade since some persons were having difficulty with the system having alerts. It was meant for feedback to those individuals more than anything else. In a daily basis there are numerous opportunities from m15 to h4 while daily requires 24 hours of cycle for a new alert. While several other signals may trigger within the same 24 hour wih similar results...
However these significant zones of support and resistance based on a weekly weighted factor, plays a vital role in the zones being actual reactionary zones beyond just a pinbar pattern. At these zones almost any rejections can be traded from these levels. So the system can be accepting of other candle patterns of reversal or continuation reactions.

Multi timeframe may just have mix results while h4 to weekly may have more of a solid response to the patterns expected reaction as a higher probability trade.
On this system the Trades are not often but worth the patience. Daily have more potency since banks, hedge funds, money managers and other institutions utilize the new yorks daily close for their trading decision hence the results are more potent.

One trade example I love is December 12 I believe on gold and a couple weeks before that coming down September 8th 2017. When you observe those trades you will realize the importance of these levels identified by the pinbars, since pinbars usually form at levels of expected breakouts that triggered a Lot buys or sells with stoplosses being triggered and lots of limit orders being activated on the wick zones. After seeing these trades you will think twice about closing trades so fast and let them run for as long as the can in your favour but do you have the patience to let these soldiers fight for you... front line duty is not easy but could lead the way to capturing large profits with little or no risk.

I realise people flood the threads which require a Lot more work and those that are out right profitable but slow are more on the ghost town, that has lots of spider Webs on their titles.

So you are using the s/r that show on the dashboard and look for trades on lower time frame?

It's a different system alltogether... however it picks up the same pinbars...all you would have to do is have the dash board with different magic numbers on h1 h4 daily and weekly.

I like to see what s/r you are using. Do you using monthly pivots or weekly pivots values as s/r too?
Maybe you could post some trades whether done or ongoing to shed some lights for me to further learn and understand.

I would love to however this thread is for weekly support and resistance hence it cannot be discussed in this thread. I respect Ebeckers.

Hi all,

It is a great thread.

Does anyone consider the body of Pin Bar ?

I am looking for an EA make an alert when Smallest body candle within X candles (include Pin bar)/ or Largest range within X candles (whole price range, also include Pin Bar).


If anyone has any information about similar indicator, please let me know about it.

I've been testing this EA on H1 (AutoTrade), 420 pips today alone. Would like to see it do for a sustainable period but I'm fairly impressed nonetheless.

i try also in H1,..but not very lucky,.what is your settings for h1,.?????
