I should not have tried to take it as well ... too many of those just whoosh though my SL ... but I like the way it stalled and then slowly go down.

edit: On second thought I took it because 1900 was breached and a HH formed ... was a deep pullback to an immediate up trend ... I also want to stop taking the pullbacks to previous highs and lows ... there is enough opportunities with the immediate trend pullbacks !

When I moved my SL a little closer with a next pullback it was taken out by a tick before reversing ... amazing ... the finesse of the entry

I still use a 13 SL but give it a tick or two breathing space ... that cost me the first two entries that went for +25 ... when i moved it in for a next pullback entry it was stopped out by a tick ... I just love trading

At -4 currently ... 2 losses and 1 win ... strange though .. all my losses the last few trading days is -14 although my SL is 13 ... and all my wins are 24 although my TP is at +25 ... consistently ... is on sim though .. might be a difference between sim and live.

Ended at -4 ... my time is up so I have to run ... I had more than enough opportunities to grab a few pips in the session even with an odd loss or two thrown in, must just focus on the current trend and get my entries right ... GC was right when he said skipping signals alters the overal expectancy of the method .. guess that is where my problem comes in as well.

I can share several experiences also but regarding skin tags, I have a few very tiny ones growing in my arm pit. does not bother me at all but several yrs ago, I went to a dermatologist and that asshole literally took out his surgical scissors to casually cut it off my skin like it was a splinter. I ran a mile away from him as well LOL
I am investigating water fasting myself as I am convinced of fasting... doing 12+ hours repeatedly for over 30 yrs without even thinking about the benefits. I prefer to skip lunch whenever I can.

And a word on Chiropractors.... their MO is also repeat patients if you ask me... i.e. delayed recovery with focus on temporary pain relief (with the exception of anything related to spinal cord). In the late 20s I would wake up with a stiff back or neck atleast once or twice a month. After trying physical therapy, chiro and others, a simple solution fixed my problem.... sleeping on the bare floor (carpet) on my back with arms spread wide open for 15 mins twice everyday with breathing in and out very slowly and holding in breadth as long as possible! It relaxes the nerve endings damaged by the daily stressful lives we all live. As mentioned, what did our ancestors do in their caves ? There lies a simple answer. Either you ignore pain and find our own remedies and not rely on others to tell you what to do.

I am back to trading Sim after a wild week... just to say it, 3R targets are better than 2R. Frankly, I would take every entry and move BE+3 with no TP but why mess with a working system that is shared .... just keep on rinsing by keeping your daily loss tiny until we graduate from the University of Harold :-
