It looks like the TP targets almost act as support and resistance

What do you all think?
Is there any reason for this?

OK. 1st trade got stopped out but It was my fault. I entered too early I think. Comments welcome.
2nd trade, the sell, ended in TP.

I want to make sure related to this strategy rule, based on the initial rules, the box opens 2 hours before Tokyo opens and closes 2 hours after Tokyo opens, is it really like the picture below?
