I use dxy for confluences of levels, if most majors are getting to a key level and dxy also or already tourned from it u have more confident… So sometimes it gives a lot of clues.

on reflection, maybe could have left one for medium term targeting 50 pips around today's low.
overall i am happy because today is not easy.

Weekend Tip's/Thought's

Want to able to catch good moves and be there at the start? Obvious answer, Look at historical moves, and check the PA at the start of moves. In realtime you will start seeing the sign's of big player's entering.

Why all this? "this not only pattern!"

Its not about just Only pattern (OP), Learning OP teaches you more about price action ... you learn from the market.. from observation.. screen time experience and the learning never stops.. and it's seeing the actions behind the candles. the intentions of the players , the traps to avoid.. but you learn consistent precise reliable patterns for example they usually, ("They" being big players) build their position in 30 to 45 mins (For intra day move)... so if you can see what they are doing in 6-9 candles then it's like seeing their order's come in. its not just about 1 candle.. it's hanging man or bearish break sell bla bla. this game is about understanding the context, the enviroment , the battles of the big players.. the logic, the fear and greed. the chess game. .etc etc. so we play the game of spot their fingerprint's of the big players..

Look's to me that your right. would say the bull move phase just before weekend is not as strong as you would want, second test down then the long from there you want price to be strong at a good angle. Good OP setup there would be nice.

Also take in the fact , the stock market's in general showing weakness before the weekend like atheer alludes. Finally, having made the observations, I don't trade ES, But trading dax/dow which often but not always correlate.

Firstly, thanks to Atheer for this system and keeping this thread sound and active for more than 2 years. I have been looking for an intraday trading system and am glad I found "THE Only Pattern". Read the pages multiple times and checking out the charts. Will be testing it live with small lots soon. Would like to continue to learn from Atheer, Ensale, Inthebox and others by asking questions.

Hopefully I will be in a position to share some results in the not too distant future. Have a good day everyone!

welcome to the thread.
the title of this thread does not mean that this is the only way to trade. but rather that we focus and master the one pattern to be successful and this is the pattern we have chosen.
a lot of people has the misconception that we concentrate on the lower time frame m1 m5 to trade. but rather it actually start from d1.
starting from the bigger time frame picture and then zero in the smaller time frame for entries.
so this suits both inraday, and medium term for 100-200 pips if the conditions are conducive.
we can close the trades intraday if it is choppy and leave a couple if there is opportunity for the medium term.
