Looks like Centre of gravity or TMA then Hieken Ashi smoothed, the Histogram may be any indicator.
Even then you need the settings.

I can see Forex winners.net on the chart, why not ask them?

i attache you cog (center of gravity) or the same MBfx system (not the same as in the picture but i have only this one)
the indy in the right corner is somthing like daily data (attached)
the indi in the subwindow could be anything
heiken ashi smoothed (attached)

Let me ask for another indi:
Scale Fix

Not as in mt4 options. I often use symbol changer. But often after changing pair with it, chart is stuffed together, so that I have to click CRTL right mouse on the right price numbers and drag to see some waves instead of a flat chart. Is there an indicator that helps with that problem?
A common mt4-problem. Is there no solution in so many mt4 years? Some coders have intregrated that in their products.

do you use a fixed scale in mt4? there are not such problems with the symbolchanger i use

No, than I can't see most charts, which other symbolchanger do you use?
Click through different tf and pairs and often you just see a thick line of all bars, your solution?

It's not a problem with the indicators, it's a missing feature that bars sometimes look like one big line after changing pair.
