What is the idea behind this strategy if i may ask ?
Just curious because you interfere with the normal behavior of the EA which is to add more trades on the grid when in a losing position.

Hi

No interference.

Just that from Tuesday onwards, any pairs that have closed their cycles I remove and I wait for any current cycles to close out and remove them.

It's a just a way to reduce exposure as the week goes on and gets messy with news etc

Because for me personally I can make enough money for the week by doing that.

E.g., last week come Monday midnight, the pairs I had opened had no open cycles so I closed them all and then sat on my hands(very difficult) for the rest of the week. Profit from that Monday was £60

This week, most pairs I opened I managed to remove Monday night. 2 pairs still had a cycle going so they took until Tuesday night to close. Profit about £220 from Monday and Tuesday. Now I'm sitting on my hands(still very difficult) again til next week

Yes I'm a wuss. Yes it works for me.

Ok guys here a 3 month update on Stochs2.

+165% so far with an average of 38% pm, 1.09% per day.

The DD also got a bit high last month during the crazy trending period we had then, but it also recovered like a champ much like Hybrid 1.2 did.

Been running Stochs2 on 5 pairs, fixed lot, with 0.01 increments at each $1k.

Stochs2 has done really well so far, and its interesting to compare the logic of this with Hybrid.

sure...sorry 300 sec of course, I'm using ATR in Pips 2 indi on M5 and select period=6336 (22 days=1 full calendar month) and get 70 points on GJ, 30 points on EG for instance...

Hi MRDFX - I'm curious, do you still the default settings of the RMHC Hybrid V1.2? Is this on M1 tf or M5, as with your All In?

...simply because it is working best for me in that manner (high PF, low DD) and makes sense IMHO!

Hybrid Adaptive caught my eyes when Magix was setting it up.
It is doing great so far and will be my nr.1 EA to focus and forward test.

HI Jdva thanks for the reply, its prob me being thick lol , but what i mean is this, say i look at aud/usd and ATR is 50.
from that figre of 50, how do i know know what to set my step order at ?

Magix I'm curious as to why the logic of Hybrid would open both a buy and sell order within 10 pips of each other?
