So to trade this bugger. I'm thinking dropping down to a 4h chart and entering on the candle indicated. Confirming price action? Which incidentally closed at 6am our time.

Hi Huatzhi

Take the time to study to the point you see charts in your sleep. It will pay off. There is no hurry on any of this. The market will generate new positions every day.

Trying to trade what I heard rather than what I see based on other student opinion

I don't read the thread until after I have looked at all my charts and made my decisions. I don't want any bias from reading. Besides Strat may be talking about a Worker chart, me a 4hr, and you may be looking at a 15m. I will usually have orders and positions placed before I read anything. Then if someone points out something on a chart that I did not see and it invalidates the trade I close it. All this so I am looking at the charts with my own fresh eyes.

Mental discipline is what makes or breaks a trader. Each trader has to do what their mind requires to win in this game. No one size fits all.

Sadly not Scottish, but I knew ( not as in the biblical sense) a beautiful Scottish girl, she was from the posh side of Glasgow, I could tell because all her tattoos wer spelt correctly.
That shooting star (bond candle?) used to be the bane of my life, but I know dont take the info from the candle in isolation, I consider it in the context of all three time frames, and make a decision based on that. So that candle I ignored.

Hi strat and other members,
Finally I reach the Post #2734 where Strat advise me to read learn and understand The PATH (Old and new thread).IT takes 6 month to read and understand the whole thread, below is some point which is learn on PATH.

  1. Trend line (SR) : Zoom out the chart and draw trend line on important area start from Big Boss,Boss and Worker and trade in the direction of BB.
  2. Price Action(PA):Once draw the trend line in BB,B, and worker trend line SEE what market action on that zone with the help of Hammer,SS, BEOB/BUOB, BEEB/BUEB.
  3. Power of Time frame: Always try to get direction from Big Boss and trade in worker when all three time frame are in the same direction.
  4. Strat Shadow: 20 and 72 EMA which helping to recognize the direction,Rubber band effect, consolidation, momentum etc.
  5. Money Management : Risk reward ratio must be higher 1:2 and above and in lower time frame it will be higher.
  6. Entry: Avoid sell on support and buy on resistance,Near 2o EMA with special reversal bar like Shooting star,Hammer etc.
  7. Exit : price reached SR, special reversal bar appear.
  8. Psychology: Plan the trade and trade the plan to deal with LITTLE PEOPLE,Fear, greed etc.

In New thread:
M5 Trend trading:SEE the clear direction with the help of Strat shadow, Mark trend lines in H4,H1 and trade at Hard Right Edge with PASR.

PASR M5 trading: this is same thing which thought in old thread difference is only time frame in old thread there is Monthly, weekly and daily time frame here we assume H4 as our big boss and H1 our boss and M15 is our worker and trade in M5,Draw trend line from Big boss, boss and worker and when all three time frame are in same direction and harmony use PASR and trade accordingly.

Above is only some point and there is still 207 page remaining to read here. currently I am marking SR zone, SEEING Strat shadow and special reversal bar on chart.I am dedicated to do revision of old thread and side by side practice on chart till year end and if comfortable next year I will trade with smallest position.
Strat and other member are feel free to advise me.
(Pardon on english )

Thank You.

We don't pick tops and bottoms with PASR and the Strat Shadow. We follow trends. Traders on this thread are entering long on the candle indicated on my chart.

In addition to the comments from Rufus, at least you are able to identify your failings (weakness) so work on these and correct them.

Too busy trying to understand everything in one go

Not even I can do this and I developed PASR! As I have posted many times, read, learn and UNDERSTAND one topic then practice it by posting and becoming competent THEN, and only THEN, move on to the next topic. Take your time; be the tortoise, not the hare, the Markets will still be here long after we are all gone.

Again, use JCMPete as your role model and don't be discouraged.

But you never answered this:

Which PASR strategy are you trading?

I inserted the tp on the resistance of daily chart and to satisfy my little people

If your goal was to satisfy your Little People then you would have taken profit on the LATEST Worker resistance. While PRICE ""may"" reach your target, the probability of reaching it is getting lower with the odds against it increasing. Make sure you are not in ""GREED"" mode.

(even if it is not very correct to satisfy the little people)

We always, ALWAYS have to satisfy our Little People otherwise they will sabotage us.

Are you trading a LIVE account with real, hard earned money or paper trading?

Good job and thanks for posting, Frank.

Good job, young man. Don't worry about your English, it is way better than my Hindi.

I SEE you are still subscribed to wiggly, squiggly line threads - if you are using these as a crutch, you will NEVER learn PASR

Reading and writing is good but the real test is DOING so you might want to start looking at Basic PASR trades.
