With regards to the drawing of zones, it is important to ensure one captures the bulk of the orders at the level, keeping in mind the origin of the move in price.
As for the 4hr chart, the wick you circled is part of the zone and does not negate the freshness of the zone. When you look on the USDCAD chart i posted below you
will notice a blue arrow pointing to a wick on the 4hr chart. Its those type of wicks you want to avoid and make sure are not in your levels because they suggest the level has been retested. They can also be quite informative as to where the liquidity pools are.

In WK1,
ranging market is forming and price is at the high of the range.
In Daily,
we all know the fact that 4Hr uptrend will end at D1 SZ, D1 uptrend will end at W1 SZ.
I notice that price reacted from D1 Supply Zone that you said it's not a quality.
In 4Hr,
The reaction from D1 supply removed the nearest 4HR DZ with trendline break.
So it seems like it has enough reason to find shorting opportunity at this market.
That's all my thinking process and it's just my opinion only.

I think on WK1 we dont have ranging market, but uptrend with broken downside momentum line, so momentum is flat, and still dont like that quality

Here are some of my thoughts on the charts you posted
USDCAD
Yes, I would consider the zone you highlighted on the daily a demand zone
Secondly, the 4hr SZ is a quality supply zone that ordinarily if broken should confirm the dominance of the weekly demand zone. A trader waiting for confirmation of the
Weekly uptrend resuming would be looking for that SZ to be removed before going long
AUDJPY
Daily chart SZ is indeed a SZ located inside the weekly SZ
Secondly, momentum line 1 would be the valid trend line because there are 3 Rally base rallies in a row, suggesting aggressive momentum to the upside at the time.
In addition, line 2 is not an accurate representation of momentum because the rally from the nearest pivot low to where price was when you took this picture had not taken out the high above and to its left, labelled on your picture as point 1

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the AUDJPY.
I concur, shorting is currently the higher probability trade for consideration.
Indeed a trade has started already for traders who used a set and forget entry at the 4hr zone inside the weekly SZ.
Another possible entry to get on board is the confirmation entry but that is yet to set up so definitely worth keeping an eye on this market this week

Hi guys, I have a few questions about Nasdaq Futures chart On my highest TF 4h we have downtred with downside momentum, price reacted from 4h supply zone then reacted from 4h demand zone with poor structure On 30m that touch in poor 4h dz created 30m dz, can we consider this zone as dz? it didnt take out any supply and we cant draw momentum line but on 5 min in this zone we take out supply and broke momentum line Can we go long from that zone on 5m that i draw as a countertrend trade?
