This is another example of one-line trading. The blue line skirts the bottom of two relatively sized reactive swings. Up-trending reactive swings occur when a new high confirms a low. The blue line represents an agenda of organized buyers. Price broke through the blue line to the down side and now represents a change in behavior or CIB. The break occurred with a qualifying pivot. Price attempted to retest the back of the blue line but so far it has failed. This is a Hagopian. Now price is swinging to the downside and testing buyers. Buyers may hold here and reverse or sellers may continue control and overcome these sellers. In addition buyers may take control and then lose it near the area where price broke below the blue line. We'll see what happens.

A little end-of-week review. But first thanks to Eaglestar for getting his thread moving again! Good stuff here!
1. Median lines are all about swings. Often swings occur in relatively same-sized swings and being able to identify this is helpful.
2. The beginning of this fork occurred with a series of relative swings and then expanded down as show. A single line passing beneath the swings (the middle median line here) would show this.
3. As price expanded below the one line a median line develops when price comes back to the median line. As one can see price expanded about the same size as the swings above the line. This isn't always the case but it's nice when it does. Eaglestar's chart in previous post with AR lines shows this very well.
4. Expansions often occur with WRB gaps or similar PA. They often herald a potential pivot and thus a potential change in price direction. Going back on my previous posts in the last few days I noted these.
5. I delineated a rather large pivot (in context of this time frame) on this chart with yellow lines.
6. Pivots are good indicators of potential change in price direction and retesting of these areas often provides opportunity.
7. The pivots I speak of are not mathematical calculation but rather completely based in PA.
