Tax on capital gains in UK for non residents

Does UK non resident, non citizen have to pay tax on forex profits if it trades through broker in UK?
As a foreigner i know nothing about UK laws, can someone tell me about procedure when trading through broker in Uk....do i have to send some reports of my trading activity to HMRC etc. ?
Or sign some document like in US you sign w8-ben....?

No. Your trading income is taxable (if at all) where you live, and where the work is done. The fact that the broker happens to be in the UK does not make you liable for any kind of UK taxation.

if broker bankrupt in UK, are client funds protected by the country laws?

something else, this is from the broker page ..... "Depending on the type of partnership, we will pay an affiliate a one-off payment or a regulated IB who provides an ongoing service, a continuous monthly payment."

what kind of payment is this, and what is the amount?
