the strategy I'm currently using since 2 months now has slightly changed... I don't know if its better to create a new thread about it or just update this one...

Honestly I don't know the actual formula or how it calculates, however I found this indicator usually really reflects short term S/R zones, and for our strategy will be an important part when price breaks it.

what's your trend guide indi setting?
on the default setting (period: 80, method: 30, period: 0), the appearance of H4 candle cross on haft trend and trend guide as well...

Anything above the line is an uptrend, below the line is a downtrend.

Indeed, but if your entry gets rejected without achieving first TP, you can always take the counter trade and close your first entry with small loss.

Yes, update post 1. You have a good strategy on trends. Trendmagic looks similar, but is different old indicator. As you use many indicators of mladen, why not the newer ones from forex-station I attached?
Timing is rsx + ma + tma asymmetric bands, but mine has more options. Beware, only the bands are tma based and repaint. There are new Woodies with over 30 different ma to choose, maybe Ahrens or Hull is a good choice.
Slope is basically a old hull version. I prefer Treandline Ma. Maybe ATR-Bands show you better sl and a second longer one may prevent trading on sideways or longing overbought prices. It's like bollinger, but reacts on volatility.

Never use a fixed tp or sl, your TP and SL should be based on ATR, and never be afraid to close a trade once you have some good pips and you see price starting to look for reverse, take what market gave you and run with the money
