Time for me to once again thank CG, H, and others here for your input. I am ending in profit consistently. Its a radically different world than forex where you may wait hours for another set up hoping to correct one single loss. NQ is loaded with opportunities.

i agree jason sometimes you have to be patient here and wait but knowing that your only at computer 1 hour is a lot different

once your able to identify when buyers and sellers engage it does make it a little bit easier. i know the way i do it isnt text book but it seems to work fairly well a lot of the time you happen to get in when they trap the bulls or bears as you just saw again makes new high traps bulls and down it goes

I agree Jason ... thanks to all the people for input !!!

Ended at +30 ... slipped with my first trade, was not a good setup ... then a few good ones but then I started messing with the last two trades, good setups but I got jitters so is rather calling it a day ...

The theme seems to be focus and concentration ... live mode causes more emotions than sim mode so is tougher to manage but the practice is paying off ...

I think what makes your way unique is that you wait for an almost 90% pullback during a trend plus then of course the solid demand or supply bar ... very strict criteria that would not work in higher timeframes as it does not happen often. Even in 1 minute charts on MT4 it does not happen a lot. A unique way for a unique market.

it should work in higher time frames but stops would be huge i am a daytrader extremely short term looking to make 500 dollars a day thats my plan

5 minute chart doesn't have enough candles for me stops become bigger I like to see inside the moves
