yes, I did get an email from them eventually

I think they are busy re-writing all the code to remove the "IceFX" wording

Wonder who hit them up with a lawsuit?

Made the mistake of purchasing TradersAgent build 2.6.0 360. The link to the manual is broken and I have no way to download the pdf file. I have several support tickets open and no one cares or replies. They have my money and I can not use the EA!!!!!!!

You haven't made a mistake or lost your money.
The link to the manual works just fine, I have just checked it.
I have used their products for years and they have added one or two of my own requirements to revised editions. Top quality product.
It can take a while to get a response, take a chill pill.

Are you running a VPN? Certain sites require it to be turned off.
I have to turn mine off to access Darkmoon Fx and Dons Forex Site.

I'm on the site now and is most definitely up and running.

No sir, I am not running a VPN. I can access Darkmoon site I can not access the pdf file. I showed you above the link what was sent to me in my purchase receipt. Does the link I posted above work for you?

The TraderAgent build I purchased is 2.6.0.360. the manual on the website is for 2.5.0.

I am assuming that the link that was included in my purchase receipt was a link to 2.6.0.360 and not a link to an old manual that is no longer useful..

Anyway, thank you for your time and effort.

Where I come from a "chill pill" should not be required to accommodate crappy customer service. The product may be the holy grail of trading but what good is it if you pay for it and then can not use it and then can not get anyone at the company to support the product.

I would assume the difference is minor for the current version, hence no need to change the PDF.
There is a beta version of Trader Agent available, once that is rock solid they will upgrade to that version but for now keep to the version you have ordered.
Check back every once in a while to see whether it has been upgraded.
Whenever I have corresponded with them they have been totally professional.
