Tradingview is showing that DXY is down 1% - does not make sense

1416-1446-1506-1553-1600 - levels I am going to watch from upside.

1380-1360 from bottom.

Seems this is real.

120 pips down on DXY - it means almost 200pips up on EurUSD - but I didn’t get what happened this week

For the last 365 days, we have for the EUR/USD pair High = 1.25554 on 2018.02.16, and Low = 1.13679 just today (2018.08.13).

High - Low = 1.25554 - 1.13679 = 1187.5 pips fresh downward movement.

For this downward movement of 1187.5 pips, the fractal theory gives a minimal upward retracement/movement of 434.2 pips,
i.e. 1.13679 + 0.04342 = 1.18021 ...

So, for any price below 1.18021 the sentiment/trend remain bearish ...

about 400+ pips of drawdown to be right is not my preference. I stick with lower till closes start inching up. pending long 1318... sl 1308 and playing size by ear.. watching 1316 pa if/when it makes it there

I doubt its real.. its over 2X eu pips.. the eu is not up.. it would be 4x or more on other pairs w/o eu..its likely erroneous (bad feed).. check other sights..

I asked many profitable traders about the ATR/ADR of the 2018 year, and 1200 pips was the most common value, so the downward movement is limited to 12.5 - 112.5 pips more, so 1.12644 should be the bottom according to the traders I have questioning ...

So, any buy is expected to be highly profitable with a SL of 1.12644 and TP set to 1.18021 ...

1162 looks like a good target... close to yours. I got a Lm at 1316.. I placed a pending above due to spread. eu is 100 pip whore.. the week close i respect is 1416..either 1316 or close a L close day above 1417 monday. its all ok with me,, down until up.... all bears needed ws 1446.. I want to see if they are tired after taken 1446.. It appears they or not atm

I also wait for system II to trigger Aud/usd longs...that might be a good one later...

When the price will touch 1.1446, the EMA55 is expected to touch ... 1.1446 on the M48 time frame, so from here will come the tiredness of the bull movement...

M48 candle closing above EMA55 / 1.1446, will be a strong bullish signal...
