Losing attention can be hazardous

Losing attention can be hazardous especially when a trader is trying to take critical decisions in the forex market. For this reason, I personally prefer that it is not wise to keep an eye on his mobile phone or Facebook notification or message while he is busy with his trading. A trader can lose his attention during any analytical process if he engages with other unrelated issues: at least during trading hour all unimportant devices can be switched off or kept in silent.

Lorraine, what you say is true, and the market can move very quickly. If a web browser is open for anything other than trading one perhaps cant be concentrating properly, and multi tasking while trading is perhaps not wise.

It is true that traders can lose their attention when they are trying to continue trading with the other daily activities. If you are a part term trader, then you should try to bestow the necessary hours 1 or 2 hours attentively just in trading. And if trading is your profession, keep your mind focused during your working hours.
