So far I am about breaking even on ER trade experiments. GPRO and YUM could push me into the black pretty well.

bot this SPY call calendar Aug3/6 @ $284 for 12c a couple days ago and now the short call is flirting with a nice finish.....I may close for near triple if SPY cranks up to near $284 in the last 15m, or will hold on til Monday....

...I like trading these fast SPY call calendars in the uptrending bull market. They don't risk much and occasionally you can score something really juicy on the light risk. In this case, I prolly hang to see what Monday brings for the long calls. Mondays aren't great for big moves, but SPY could go up another 0.5% (maybe $1.50+) and I could end up with a net out $1.00 or better on the 12c risk....

...shoulda waited, as YUM has slid < $81.90 at the close. Oh well, cash grab & move on. With some of my winnings I bought a TSLA put fly - Sept 21 $295/300/305 for 14c...

...the above pre-earnings. The put spread paid near maxP. Have til Aug31 for the calls to do something...FB come up $167 low last week to $184 today, looking for $200 soon to get something back on the calls...

YELP a big mover on ERs - I am thinking 10-15%. A Aug17 $34/$44 strangle is about $1.50....I will take the cheap gamble on a DC - Aug10/17 $33/$44 for 18c net debit
