lowest quarter. lowest month, lowest week close since 1.255x in 2018.
today's close was lower than yesterday's.
only 1553 L close is in the way now. I cant rule out a late drop to test lows today or next week.. 1446 is a norm.. st getting below 1570 takes out all today's news

I see institutions building a lot more long positions in dollar and also unwind more euro longs this week ... more info to come later...
