Hello Tickmill,

I have some problem to open real account. firstly i opened no deposit bonus account then later i tried to open real account but couldn't.
And tried following steps:
1. sent email to [email protected]
2. contacted live chat and she/he said delete all cookies and caches. I did it and tried to open real account again but same error occurs.

Can i send you screen shot and chat history by private message?

As an FCA regulated entity, we provide and submit to the FCA everything that is required to be compliant.
I've been using Tickmill's demo account for a couple of months now.
For the most part it's been okay.
But couple weeks ago (Sep. 12) I couldn't get connected to any servers because they were all down.
I verified that it wasn't just me by going to various 'isitdown' sites to check if the servers were down or not.
Both demo and live servers were down. This was during London session.
After a few hours it started working again. No one commented on this on FF so I just took note and moved on.

Today I am not able to place any orders. It just says "common error".
Tried relaunch, reboot, change servers, etc. but nothing worked.

I see the trades I would've taken shooting up and thought, man if that was a real account I'd be pretty upset right now.
And I can't imagine Tickmill giving any compensations for such cases.
Forget gains' compensation, what if one loses a large amount of money due to this?

Anyone else experience such technical issues with Tickmill such as these?

As such, I would like to confirm that we indeed experienced some minor issues on our DEMO servers on 21st of September. These issues were dealt with swiftly and did not in any way affect our LIVE servers as they are different to the DEMO servers.

We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused by this issue. Please let us know if any trades were affected and our team will handle the necessary adjustments.

We would like to further investigate the issues you experienced on September 12th as we did not record any problems on that day, so please provide the following details and our team will look into the issue:

· Exact time-frames when you experienced the issue
