unlikely to see 55 pip rise in the next 60 min.. but one could hope.. in any case a 1756 close L close today probably will not retrace below 1850, just saying.. keep on your toes, be nimble.. 1756 is within striking distance.. atm pa is above last months 1683

be careful.. shorts are fine near 1755,, but you need month close below 1683 and better below 1670,, u need not to hold any with a L day close above 1756.. u need to look to long in that case.. if month closes above 1683... a close today above 1756 probably won't stop at 1790 or 1850...

the same concerning 1755.5 when above.. When pa gets above 1756.. it needs to close above.. if not bears will come in a rejection fashion.. likely for 1598 close and 1553.. between 1755.5 and 1553 is a range w/o a L close out that range.

that higher close is indicative that the 174x/ highs to be tested.. maybe break 1755... in the next 24 hours.. ... with months close so close.. its hard to say.. using day alone is indicative of 174x test or more.. june was indicative of july testing 179x or 184x or more before july's close. one day left..

using the day close, shorts look to have higher levels to short.. using day and June.. the highs may break..

pa doing a fine job adhering to 1755.5/1553. L close above 1755.5 should open the gate for bulls.. or the inability to take 1755.5 should let the bears in. Month close above 1683 is also indicative of 1755.5 failing to hold resistance. using pong method brings pa to 195x/// norm above 1.2, a day close 1756 or higher may nor retrace much usually.. being tuesday it may run till nfp or longer.

Redemption day...
It's US redemption day today with 28.5bn due
today's Treasury redemptions, which the Fed uses to shrink its balance sheet. On such days, the euro has typically traded heavier

USD: Beware the sumo SOMA day today! - SOMA redemption days (when Fed's B/S shrinks) have coincided (or caused) a stronger dollar & weaker risk appetite recently - EURUSD typically drops by 0.3% on the afternoon on such days, (implying a reading around 1.1676 later today)

Eur/Usd: Daily Market Trends Update 7/31/2018

Eur/Usd On 7/31/2018 at 8am est.. Boulder Multi Time Frame System:

1H, Uptrend, Trend stop at 1H close 1.1699, Running Period: 47x1H
4H, Downtrend, Trend stop at 4H close 1.1733, Running Period: 16 x 4H
Daily, Downtrend, Trend stop at day close 1.1755, Running Period: 82 days.
Weekly, Downtrend, Trend stop at day close 1.2411, Running Period: 9week

Trading Strategy:
