The Pivot indicator is FXI Pivots, and I got it from a thread on FF a long time ago. I like it because it preserves each day's points, enabling us to backtest, which is very handy! I'll post it down below along with the Pivot Mid-Level indicator, which also keeps each day's points. Both indicators work very well on the 15m TF.

Two great moves, and both of them initiated by a humble little Harami candle right on a pivot line. Well worth watching out for!

Hello everyone. I would like to ask whether there are people here who are currently trading with candlesticks purely focused on CFDs? I have noticed that since the candlesticks originate from the commodities market, they tend to show far more accuracy on commodities and CFDs rather than on the currency market, which most of us trade in. Anyone agreeing with me on this?

I am wondering what people think of this chart, monthly NZDUSD. It has 2 bullish candles, with higher highs and high lows, but long upper wicks and short lower wicks. March has not closed yet but momentum is strongly bearish on the pair and may even turn to bear before the month end close

Assume a closed candle at this price. Anyone know what this pattern indicates? Are he wicks pointing the way? Or has the bull run out of energy?

This is exactly how I'm trading. I use weekly pivots as RS zones and then wait for candlestick patterns to appear.
If you can't measure it, you can't improve it!

I do also use candlestick patterns. However, one pattern does not represent the same value for me. I wonder if You also have same thoughts about which candlestick patterns are the best? Perhaps there will arise a nice discussion about Your favorite patterns
