T1 already hit, T2 is at a Market Profile Pocket ~the BRN at 1.3300 With today's range at 158 pts vs 10 ADR of 90, IMO a pull back first is more likely. A few pips higher into top of the hour, then waiting for the open of the NYSE (USO 2) when activity (tick volume) should pick up. So far the earler H has not been touched so I have a Buy Stop above the fma & half # waiting....

Four failed attempts to break above the1685 area should be sufficient warning to think sell.... At 10:47 the FMA turned down, so place a Sell Stop under the action. The 10:49 higher vol WRB showed the start of the fall which went down 23 pips in 14 mins with the actual low so far at last Thursday's low.
