Hey I remember when you said the AUD was in the buy zone... I forget when. Think it was a day or two before it actually did.... .... and I said it nearly was.... then forgot about your post.

Well it certainly went into it.... after it finished a daily down move.

It flew up then.

So glad that you get it.

I think there potential for swiss weakness and yen strength coming, but will wait a few more pips to find out and use ssi along the way to help out.

Nice. What time frame do you use as I always use the daily.... The last time the CHF went into a buy zone was 10th May... When with the USD in was in a big up trend..

Glad you mentioned the SSI... Because I never go tothe contrarian thread much I forget to look at the SSI..... To busy with this at the minute.

I got named allsorts then as well when I said it will come down and go back to the mean price..... See the contrarian thread its all there somewhere.... I can still here the verbal abuse I got as the USD/CHF was in a big up trend.....

Now you know the percent for the CHF on the daily chart for buy and sell zones..... Oh there goes my secret ;-)

On the 10th of May I had, well a big lot trade in the USDCHF sell order and left it until it hit the mean price. 2000 pips.... PIPS NOT POINTS... WOW davshit wow!

If you can find it in thread it's all there when I took the order and closed it... Contrarian approach thread.

I put Davshit to shame!! :-)

OK mistake in the chart.. In actual fact where it says sell zone. In reality it should say BUY the CHF.. etc. Remember Currencies and not pairs..

Disclaimer..... Mistakes will not be rectified as I don't care... It's so late... I usually go sleep when the sun comes up!!!

Update: The second chart is the USD/CHF daily chart

Can I do another update before I pass out.. As Veefx has said in the thread the USD is the most powerful currency etc.... If I get a currency in the sell or buy zone I always trade it with the USD.

Like trades this week... GBPUSD and NZDUSD buy trades.

Daily too, but im going to try the 5 minute thing sometime this week.

Awesome.... Glad you're researching it more and getting in to it..... The GBP should do a correction now.. Lets see. I did close all the trades on Friday because I could see the correction coming... Might be a gap when the market opens on the NZD/USD and GBP/USD..... But hey I'm always wrong lmao

If I get time in the week I will look at the 15 minute zones.

No trading this week.... to much on.

So glad I went to the British Grand Prix all weekend. Lots going on here at the factory... But that's nothing new.

Keep us updated in the week as I won't be here much...

OK, it is my fault a certain person is leaving.... I'm innocent I haven't been here all weekend and still get the stick..... So many THICK people here at the factory.. They still want to see my account statement even though shown it hundreds of times.... This was before I closed the account and hey LOOK AT THE FLOATING LOSS... No one else shows a floating loss..... That was the USD/CHF trade..... and you know how that one ended...

Is there a specific way you calculate the mean? Some of the charts have a mean, is the mean specific to one currency or does it include all the currencies in the chart?

I have attached a chart based on my understanding, is this correct?
