As any reasonably intelligent person would know its not the tools but how you use it. MA's for example to competent trader is great tool to make money Strat's thread is good example however obviously there are many who fail making money from MA's but it takes lot more to be successful then simply relying on moving averages.
Pivots are same they are just tools which works for me however I do concede for morons and idiots they wont work!Since successful trading requires lot more work then pivots!!!

HI friend I am glad I had positive influence in your trading! I have similar many traders with positive equity growths in my thread and one only needs to look the thread to see them.I am not selling a product! I just shared what worked for me and people who insist I lay open everything on my account in public forum to see are misguided.This is my trading and my decisions and only myself to answer ironically NONE of my critics who demand TE from me have themselves.... which is truly ironic!
I post my closed trades which is prove what I am doing.Same idiots claim its demo account! Not the case have not touched demo since 2012 and its their way of belittling me since obviously envy and jealously plays a huge part. Trading pivots is not a foreign concept. It was an old floor traders technique. I ran into an old CME floor trader and he mentioned several chaps used it back in the day. There were no charting that was done, just manual calculations.

There also many threads on FF that discussed pivots. The difference between those and Davit’s is the level of discipline applied to it.

Theres even a harsh critic of Davit’s whom also utilizes pivots. What does that tell you?

Hey Davit, thx for dropping in, great to hear from you. I understand not wanting to show TE. I have tried it before and it totally messes with my mindset. Having my open trades open for all to see makes me feel very exposed. Some can do it, but not my cup of tea. I am like you in the sense I feel much more comfortable keeping my actual positions to myself until they are closed.
I don't mind sharing analysis and my view on turning points, but that's all I need to give on a live/update basis.

Yes, how can you scam when you are not selling? If you wanted to scam clueless newbies, then you had better reconsider your business plan. From what I can see, you seem to be kicking all of them out of your thread (as per your page 1 statement(s) and witnessed accounts of it).

Yeah, I was thinking about it but I don't really have the capital to do it right now, and Malta is quite small so I'm not sure how much demand there would be.

In the meantime, I started a twitch channel yesterday to show the only way I think you can learn in less than a few years - opening and closing every day. It's a little weird tho right now because I still have a bunch of long-term trades from before I decided to just day-trade so that people aren't confused by my trades. Once I close them off it'll be a little better. Maybe there is a better place than twitch for it, because there isn't much of a trader community on twitch outside of Crypto.

Thinking of what we find inspiring, some things can walk the fine line of inspiring us or discouraging us.

I'm talking about when we read comments from others that say retail trading profits are impossible. Some may read these comments and feel very discouraged, particularly if they do not have much resilience.

Other traders on the other hand may be inspired to work harder at their craft to prove them wrong. They are further inspired to succeed when told they will never make it.

A variation on this scenario is when we see people seamingly taking plseaure in reading about the financial demise of others, or in witnessing retail traders fail.
This is a common human condition. Essentially, the pleasure is derived from realising they are not alone. They are not the only failures.

When we see these vindictive comments from traders who tell us they are successful, we can have mixed feelings. On one hand, when traders who may have convinced us they are successful, begin to show clear signs they are not, we can begin to question if success is really possible.

On the other hand, when we start to see patterns in attitude/character linked to success and failure, we are given a road map to follow to increase the chances of our own success.

For example, taking pleasure in the demise of others (particularly those who are not your competitors), is neither a sign of, nor a recipe for success.

On the other hand, congratulating others on their success and encouraging them to share their positive results, both helps to develop and shows our own true character. A character for success.

It's interesting that what we post about others, usually displays more about ourselves.
