This is what I was working on app. last 2 months, clear trading, no indicators, pure PA. I don't trade via Renko charts anymore, even if it was really great time trading with them for over 2 years. Dee, amazing results.
Can you post your chart with the entries? Maybe in 1 and 5 minute chart will be great.
My trading has evolved significantly, but still have some issues with correct levels to look for a trade, and stops.
Would love to see how those trades were placed in the charts please. I'm sure will be an eye openning.
What is your stop criteria? Extreme of a move?

Went over you log before, but hard to follow entry points on my broker over yours. CFDs quote differently over brokers, some times I've seen over 20 pips difference, besides time difference. Of course being the quote the important variable, considering small timeframes many times paint different due same reason. This could have even more impact if the instrument selected is DAX cash index vs DAX CFD.

Here. All the trades happened inside the Blue Box, it was a mess to trade but that was the time I had available. I don't trade Standard Time frames I monitor the 1hr to keep an eye on what the rest of the market is looking at, in this instance I only used the 5 pip Renko chart for entries not the 5 minute chart.

CFDs are not Real Instruments. They are Broker/Market Maker created so they can do what they want with the price data, and they certainly do that. But they are cheap to trade so the brokers get away with it. There is no logical reason for the pricing disparity between the Futures Fdax and Forex other than to facilitate price manipulation and the difference between brokers means it is more difficult to ascertain who is doing what to who.

Checked on a new clean platform, everything works.

In the folder with indicators the renko bar generator.
The second indicator in the same folder is connected to the created Renco Chart for a convenient and fast change of the size of the brick.

Typical really. this is a Renko thread and all people can do is post Standard Candle charts. Fortunately there are plenty of threads using Standard Candles so every one should be fine.
I have just been asked for a template for the 5 min chart I posted so this is my last post until after the summer

Did you hear any alert sound when the candle color changed....? I see that option in the settings box of the EA but, so far I've not heard an alert sound. Since Renko candles are non-time-dependent, it would be nice to have an alert for when a bar closes and the candle color changes. Each new candle could be an hour long or 15 minutes long.... one will never know. I don't really want to stare intently at my screen for hours on end.

Hello there,

It's been 3 weeks that i'm trying my best to find a profitable system based on renko inspired by dee50 on dax.
I found out that a 20 pips SL no TP no BE on Renko + heikin ashi with the combination of 5 pip and 10 pip renko is good when the market is not ranging. It can led sometimes good profits of 100+ pips but it's rare based on Jaquemate's strategy.
I'm working at the moment on a BE strategy with small SL between 5 pips and 10 pips, BE @10 and TP between 10 and 20 pips. I will test some settings next week on renko only 5 pip and 10 pip.
I trade only divergence and 123 pattern. Divergence works great for me, but I have a hard time trading retracement maybe I should try breakout instead but my backtesting result is not quite good.

Please consider that I am a newly trader who starts mid-June.

I have a question: when you enter a trade and it doesn't go in you favor. Do you close immediately? I see you use a 30+ pips initial SL but why not using a small SL?
