Why does it detract from other Journals? what does he get from bumping a thread? Payment?? Surely it's up to the individual to choose which thread to follow, not reds.

I don't follow FF's thread but after a quick run through I couldn't see anything for sale. Implied or otherwise I really cannot see why Red has accused FF of being a scammer. Perhaps red is party to info that the rest of us are not. As you say Fractal Freak is posting up 'useless' charts with no relevance to time, symbol etc...in that case why is red getting so worked up.
Fractal has his own thread, posts up 'useless' charts, hadn't spammed any other thread until called out by red......he isn't selling anything....just put the thread into a little corner and forget all about it.....unless it's because he claims he can accurately predict turning points in the market...now with that knowledge he might upset someone, but honestly I just don't get why there has been so much drama.
If red has extra info then lets have it and put all of this to bed.

I feel it detracts from other trading journals because FF's thread is not a trading journal. How is posting random useless charts a trading journal? Can you track his trading performance in any way by what he posts? Where is the 'trading journal' part of his thread? It reads more like a sales pitch than a trading journal, just we haven't seen the price just yet. In this way, it is more like off-topic, and should really be put into 'Members Lounge'. The irony is that if this competition thread takes off then it will be more likely to be a trading journal than his exposed thread.

Bumping the thread, yeah that will keep the noob focus on it. Why to keep noob focus? I'm sure we'll all find out soon enough.

I agree that there is no evidence of a scam taking place. That doesn't mean that a scam won't take place though, just that there's no evidence of it yet. Having said that though, it's completely unrealistic for you to expect anyone to believe that FF is posting 100 times a day with no motivation to do so. So, why would he be posting so frequently and going to such lengths to defend his thread if there is no return? Perhaps it's a mental issue, but I'm convinced that it's more likely to be a scam, just that we haven't seen the punchline yet. I'm sure we'll see whatever the logical conclusion is sometime in the near future. He's devoted a lot of time to the thread in a relatively short time, and defends it to death, just curious why that is.

Until we see the punchline, its not a scam.
There are stacks of threads on FF that are quite frankly, crap, I couldn't care less about them. They may carry 100's of posts per day but unless I open the thread, I don't see them. They have their followers, I just leave them alone.
They don't bother me.
The fascination with Fractals thread is the possibility, however small, that Fractal has cracked the algo.
The consequences for brokers wouldn't be great. Protecting newbies my arse, protecting the advertisers who pay the wages.
Do you feel the manner in which red operates is justified, considering as yet no scam has taken place, is he fully entitled to swan around the forums giving it the
big 'I am'. He is allowed to attack people on here without any evidence, and the moment the accused fights back, they are called a scammer, banned from replying, membership suspended and red then spams the thread until removed. At that point its obvious, the accused is guilty. And in to the recycle bin it goes. Same shit different day.

Okay, semantics then. Let me rephrase. Do you think there's any other thread on this forum where the OP is posting 100 times a day? Don't you think it's suspicious as to why he would do that? Am I suspicious, of the amount of posts, no not really. There have been a lot of threads where a great number of posts have been made, especially on a thread that attracted red. My favourite thread was Brijons Pitbull, now none of the current posse would remember that, I don't remember them being part of it... 'cough', but that thread had stacks of posts per day. Got nuked of course, cant have draw down control shown to the masses.
No I don't care, right, but when red becomes involved I like to see the reason why. I'm not convinced of his convictions.
You do get me wrong. I'm not supporting Fractal Freak. I support the notion that someone is innocent until proven guilty, and until then, the manner of reds approach should be challenged. If proven guilty, then it's open season, but until then he should be reigned in. But can't go up against a red, not us mere mortals.
Anyway, this is FF and Reds thread so lets wait for developments.

Cheers to that. I'm not sure why red has labelled FF a scam. Perhaps he knows more than he's letting on, or maybe he's still collating evidence. At any rate, FF obviously wanted to draw attention and he's certainly got it, for better or worse.

Anyway, I'm off to watch a flick with the missus. Good to chat with you again.

Well he certainly got some attention. If there is evidence then perhaps its time for red to show his cards.

Yes, I fully agree. It would be good to see more than just an educated guess used as the basis for labeling FF a scam. The excessive posting is a red flag, as is the messiah complex, but it's not enough proof.

the idea is that this TRADING BATTLE will decide the outcome with regard to the now long-standing fight between me and the named members here.

I think this way would produce more VALUE for the community here than me taking one of them to court for their offences.

The fact that they are now silent and made in their pants SHOWS you a LOT!

I kinda see your point, but wouldn't it be quicker just to post already pre-existing evidence of trading ability rather than a competition. I think it would settle any criticism much faster. A video like the one I showed before is impossible to falsify.

SO;

here a summary of "red"'s "contributions' vs mine.

As you can see yourself, over all these years, red has written 4 threads, all of these short and without any substantial value.

Further, ppl have suggested (I have NO evidence, therefore I give it the benefit of the doubt) that red is paid by forexfactory in some way or has family connections. The ONUS lies on red and FF to CLARIFY that topic by being transparent about it. So far, both have DODGED the question.

Here the PROBLEM:

red has engaged in:
- racist remarks (such as against African traders)
- defamation and bullying (against several members, without an apparent reason)
- proven lies
- etc.

regarding me in particular, he has engaged in
- breaches of state and international laws (not respecting the privacy of my data)
- he has accused me of wrong doings while admitting that he has no evidence (naming the rapid popularity of my thread as a reason)
- he has cursed on me in all kind of ways
- has tried to decrease the popularity of the thread by moving it to "Trading Journals" (see poll)
- etc.

Further, he had the CHANCE to apologize for all his wrong doings at a later stage, once he should have realized the value of my work.
He did not use it.


While I have continued my thread, bringing value to many people, he has not stopped posting LIES against me and has even tried all kind of dirty tricks.
He also PMed ppl, hoping they would say sth against me etc. (he has been caught doing that).

He well knows that I did all this for FREE:
- I documented my trades LIVE over 1.5 years on yt
- I produced educational videos explaining the actual market causality
- I posted a lot of analysis
- etc.

UNDERSTAND my perspective;

I have invested all that WORK, I was always friendly to friendly people; I have defined clear rules on page one of my thread.
I have not earned a cent doing so; but then in return I do not only receive unfounded allegations, attacks against my reputation and real DAMAGEs.
red is the AGGRESSOR, not me. He could have just ignored my work.
Instead, he did not stop attacking without reason, driven by his big EGO that is based on NOTHING.
He is a FAILED trader with questionable motives, and now wants to push others down.
He is of NO value to the community.
In fact, he even BREACHED the RULE in his great "scammer thread", which states that one must present clear EVIDENCE.
He well knows there is none, and rather than apologizing for his mistakes, he know gets himself deeper and deeper in a whole of LIES.
The community has realized that by now, THANKS again to everyone who has supported me!

Enough is enough.

This is a TRADING forum. The best way to let one win and one lose, is to TRADE against each other.

I want to clean FF from ppl like that.

Apparently, that is red's worst nightmare.
