Well my indices test isn't going so well haha.. Good thing I didn't run this live!

I'm not sure if my settings were too aggressive, or maybe cos of using SummStart, or maybe the market just wasn't behaving, but this account is done and dusted lol..

This is how we learn!

MRD, sorry and a little unfortunate, have a look at these settings for stochs2, if it's a demo account it's worth a try, I'm using both Stochs2 and manual hybrid on the DOW, don't give up, you may be surprised, hope this helps

Account with summ start lot 0.01 (Hybrid All In) had around $1800 today, GBPJPY and EURUSD. Hadn't enough margin and closed around -$800.

Account with fixed start lot 0.01 (Hybrid All In) had around $520 today, GBPJPY and EURUSD. Still in profit.

I can bet that on the acc closed with loss you used Macd_Level under 25....Check my trade explorer for Hybrid with summ start but with Macd_Level no less than 25 and you will see how good it goes.

That's an impressive TE for Hybrid!

Are you using the same MACD 25 level for all the pairs?

default settings.

Only levels for Macd are:
GJ: 26
GA: 27
EJ: 27

I have a rull: never less than 25
When i see volatile market i increase them looking at MACD....levels on chart.

Feedback was requested so here is an update. Account is nearly recovered completely from the SNAFU from last week. Still averaging almost 1% a day. Not too interesting compared to the 10%/day some of youse TEs is rolling but I'm ok with slow and steady. Gotta leave something for the brokers, no? I'll run something more interesting/exotic next week.

I have MACD 20 on EURUSD and it was this pair which had loss today. And you have $4000 account and my today was $1800. What DD you had today?

So everything on default, only 4 pairs, and you only changed the MACD levels to min 25?

3 pairs not 4
Max DD: arround $300 when acc was at 3k

I started with 0.01 and 1k. At 2k i modified start lot to 0.2. At 3k --- 0.03

Ok cos I saw 4 pairs in the TE.

There was 4 in the beginning. Then i switch some and let only 3.

I run tests on different broker....and what i saw...the EA is somehow broker sensitive.
Anyway....as higher the Macd_levels are as lowe the DD and less trades. But better to be safe than forcing the wins.

My report after 1 week Live !

+14,4% and Im more then happy with that !

I could have made like 10% more but I want to limit the number of cycles running. For exemple this morning Ive disable GBP pairs and let run 1 cycle/EURpair to reach +4% in 2H. Regarding today news and reaching +4% in a day Im done for the week, I dont want to engage new cyles before Week End.
Stochs2 is all about managing your cycles and dont let them run too much time.

Hi to everyone... so far the results are promising but the DD is much to high for my behaviour ... so i will try to minimize the risk with new settings next week.

I would really love to find a safe low risk setting that will do 10-20% pm with max 10-20% draw.

It doesn't even have to be many pairs, 3-5 pairs should get the job done with minimal risk for a stable profit.

The Hybrid v1.2 that I'm running for over 7 weeks now did 45% in 1 month, but the max draw was 30%, a little over my threshold for what I'm looking for.

The search continues...
