Now the indicators are saying we are on a downtrend but it is not trending but consolidating. I am wondering if someone can explain this current state regarding this system.

5 mins later, Ema will be resistance and Parabolic will lock for down - SAR has already turned DB - candle opened under contour line support on h2. So i entered short at 127.840 for 40/40

Tp hit! 40 Pips took less than 2 hours!! I believe it was very nice trade. After i went short, macd arrow appeared for down on h2 chart. I checked all charts before pull the trigger, didnt see any supports. I understand power of paradox system clearly everyday!

Notes for readjustments:

Entry: Short at H2 DB connection at top of Ranging. Confluence with Daily Scenario.

Evaluation: TP hit. The perfect entry would have been a tad more patience with confluence reference of H4 DB up and H1 Romar Resistance hit. My trade went about 5 pips against me. However, correct scenario with my SL above Resistance so trade was not at risk.

I know the chart isn't correct - going to resolve that after work tonight. Also trade shows incorrect stop of 50 not 40, purely an error on my part.

Plus England won their first World Cup game so all in all, a pretty good night last night!

Self Evaluations:

SL hit. I think i was wrong about confluence. After i took my trade, i realized that 128.022 level was pretty good level to go short because of 3 strong resistances

romar on h2
fibo 38.2 on h4
fibo 50 on daily

Im sorry, this is not a trading plan. this is with regards of the question of Ronin through pm regarding divergence. I already explained to Ronin through pm. I just want to show him where I took my 40 yesterday regarding divergence since I cannot screenshot it through Pm. By the way Ronin, when I took the trade the H1 romar already crossed EMA for the changed of trend and the Fibo flipped to Red and what is the rule during consolidation? You trade from the top and vice versa. And by the way I actually use candlestick and not bar. I use all three charts with regards of confluence and h2 Romar trend is down. The Red arrows is where I entered.

h2 magenta and green divergence the arrow is where I entered short at h2 smooth hit. H2 H4 both DBSAR and both standard and hidden divergence attached with the Daily hit on white at the 50.0 fib a very good confluence right?. I always use the dbsar extensively in trading the paradox and the BB in consolidation where Shaun's expertise, He didnt teach me how to trade the BB but through his postings, I studied it thoroughly. I read the whole thread time and time again until the light bulb turned on with the help of the Holy Spirit and like Dana always say never give up.

Evaluation: -40 sl hit. I followed through on my plan with the trade, however going long was a bad idea at the time, market was in a deep consolidation in a Romar downtrend on all charts except h1. And the same scenario as Tuesday occurred, where the daily had the power with the resistance at white and fibo for confluence. That would have been the correct entry for the day, with h2 Romar resistance not far and with the db and divergence, were all confluence for the short as opposed to the long. Funny enough had this plan been used on the following Friday it would have been a winner, and this goes to show the power of the daily being a 24hr candle, and a lot can happen in 24 hours. Another ideal entry for a long would have been at the lower bb hit on h2 with the lime tag, this was another confluence. And it’s becoming clearer to me that Confluence is very accurate with the paradox.

Evaluation: No trade taken. Despite that, there were several good entries for both a long and short today, Short with h4 romar holding resistance, h2 4hm turning down, market open under daily ema resistance , all these confluence would have been good for the short. Then the long with the 4hm turn on h2 and open above purple, in confluence with h1. I guess its much easier to spot entries in hindsight, but following the rules of consolidation these would have worked.
