Logged in late (bout 10/12 mins ago, had a BE trade (which went +7) and i think i will leave it alone and come back later!)

It looks really difficult to trade (as it always is on the slow grind up days!)

Wild day ... started off fine but then started getting lots of touch but not engage type of situations and also engage and then a wild spike and stopout and then continue in the right direction ... frustrating ... I did succeed in letting go of the trades and it helped ... I think I would be a total wreck if I tried to manage the trades manually today

By scrolling up bigger tick rate charts, sometimes it's easier to see large areas of what i like to call 'blue sky' to the left... When i see a trend already established, in this case, there can be good gains to be had;

Ton of volume pouring through today

Practiced this morning and went well but this afternoon not so good ... ended at -5 ... the volume played havoc with my entries and SL setting ... ... adjusted SL and TP to double to compensate for the volume but still not good ... our power is out and my battery is almost flat so I have to finish early today ... hope you all have a good weekend!
