Entry is the break of the bar that created the signal after the close. But if the bar is too long don't take it skip it. Instead, wait for a pullback and look for entry at lower time frame. Just like earlier, H1 fired a signal but it's not taken, instead, I waited for M5 to give me something. But lol I wasn't able to take that trade. I'm out of the computer. Heikin Ashi is not necessary It's an old template of mine.

If really conservative can also use fractal as final confirmation. Here's my fractal box indicator.

Don't use on M1 it sucks hah hah. Although you get something but expect only 1-3 pips move lol. Trading this on M5 is already scalping worst on M1. Less signal but less heartache try M15 or M30. If you want big trades H4.

EISH man. And I love my M1...lol. I use EMA 6 and 12 crossover to scalp on M1 and m5. Works like a charm

Ah well then still use your EMA lol. This indicator does not use EMA. It uses wave patterns to fire a signal. ABC patterns and Elliott Wave 5. It does not use Harmonic patterns either where it has to measure exact fibs etc etc it's not that artsy.

The crossover system is a guaranteed way of making some pips but it does not always work that well. The best way to use it is to only take crossovers in the direction of the trend otherwise you might just take a short pullback trade which might not be worthwhile. If you use with price action you ride the trend until it crossovers or price starts moving over the ema's. Obviously the negative is that you enter the trade a bit late

yeap my indicator sometimes take trades at the top lol. it gets lucky like that sometimes. that's when you shout hurrah. crossover system is fine. I used to use it.

Switching to M1 just because you like it sooo much. If a smaller fractal forms after this arrow. Let's take it just for fun enter after break up of price above fractal. Demo only. It's already late. I'm already done trading. Just for humour to see if it will work again.

Switch to your M1 chart.

The first up signal on this chart did not work but it also did not confirm so no trade. Let's see if this second one confirms.

If it breaks up, it's worth 5-10 pips.

M15 went long. Did you take it? Or no cause EMA's are still pointing down? But it already hit TP1 TP2 and got really close to TP3. Hopefully it keeps going up again. But H4 is still pointing down. Dunno when that is really going to start moving. These M15 are for intraday swings... Lol but measured the fractal on this last one it's so small just about 4-5 pips.

GU is still very much bearish. Made 26 pips so far. I use EMA's in conjunction with stochastic and MACD to check for divergence. I sometimes take a trade before crossover based on price action . The EMA crossover is just a confirmation and extra filter. i added my 6 and 12 EMA on your template as an extra filter. I saw that long signal but did not take it. too risky as it is still in a down trend. There was a crossover on M5 and it came down for 52 pips including that long news candle. i entered that trade too late on a pullback and bounce, unfortunately and lost out on a 'few' pips

Looks like GU is on its way to 1.3255 and later 1.3200. I might be wrong......

It's counter trend. If you don't like counter trend turn on trend filter change alert level to 1 or 2.

Or use that indicator as an exit indicator.

This one stopped me out then hit TP1. I should have sticked to the fractal high stop.

See white arrow. That down move would have been caught if trend filter is turned on. White arrows are trend only trade. The rest are counter trend. Actually, I just talked to the developer who made me this indicator. We are thinking of turning it into an EA now.

Awesome indicator eh. Well if you look at H4 it just hit TP1. So profit taking is expected there. That long move is high probability. This is my brain in this $30 indicator. I can't believe it's working so well lol.
